Booking your Reward Seat
When booking your Reward Seat with Virgin Australia or with Partner Airlines, it is important you provide us with your contact details, so that we can try to let you know as soon as possible in the event of a flight change or cancellation.
Reward Seat bookings can be made online for Virgin Australia, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, United Airlines, All Nippon Airways and Air Canada.
Reward Seat bookings with Hawaiian Airlines, Virgin Atlantic and South African Airways can be made via our Membership Contact Centre on 13 18 75.
