Can I nominate someone to help manage my Velocity transactions?
Yes, if you are over 18, you may nominate up to two representatives to book Reward Seats or put in claims for missing Velocity Points - these representatives are called Travel Coordinators.
You can nominate Travel Coordinators by calling our Membership Contact Centre. Once you've made your nomination, we will send both you and your nominee/s an email so that you can confirm the terms and conditions of the nomination.
