Can I transfer or combine my Velocity Points with another Velocity member?
You can transfer your Velocity Points four times per year to an eligible family member.
Points transfers are easy and free to do online (a fee applies if you transfer through the Membership Contact Centre). Simply log in to your Velocity account and click on the ‘Points Transfer - Family' button on the left hand side of your screen. Ensure your transfer is to an eligible family member (as stated in the Terms and Conditions) and is between 5,000 Points and 100,000 Points.
