How do I earn Status Credits?
You can earn Status Credits when you fly with Virgin Australia or one of our Partner airlines in an eligible fare class.

It can take up to 14 days after your flight for your Status Credits to be added to your Account. Your Status Credit balance is then used to assess your eligibility to upgrade or maintain your membership level. You can check your Status Credits balance by logging into your Velocity Account.
