Replacement Cards

If you require a replacement membership card, simply follow these steps:

  • Ensure the mailing address in your Velocity Account is your current address.
  • Enter your Velocity membership number below.

Your request will be automatically processed and a new card will be sent to the address in your account within 21 days. There will be no email confirmation sent once your card is ordered, so please keep an eye out for your new card in the post.
