If you require a replacement membership card, simply follow these steps:
- Ensure the mailing address in your Velocity Account is your current address.
- Include your Velocity membership number and your full name in your request and email us at email@example.com
Your email request will be automatically processed and a new card will be sent to the address in your account within 21 days. There will be no email confirmation sent once your card is ordered, so please keep an eye out for your new card in the post.
