Upgrading & maintaining Status

There are some slight differences between upgrading and maintaining Status - but in both cases you will need Status Credits and fly on Eligible Sectors.

Upgrading your Status

As you collect Status Credits and fly Eligible Sectors, the following applies to upgrading:

  • You will upgrade to a new Status level as soon as you meet both the Status Credits and Eligible Sectors required for the Tier.

  • The amount of Status Credits and Eligible Sectors required are based on your total active Status Credits.

  • Status Credits and Eligible Sectors are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, after that, they expire. Expired Status Credits do not count towards the total amount of Status Credits required for upgrading.

Maintaining your Status

Once you reach a status level, you are able to keep it for a minimum of 12 months. If you are looking to keep this tier, here is how:

  • If you do not earn the required number of Status Credits or travel the required Eligible Sectors, you will move down a level of membership.
