Velocity partners with a range of leading credit card providers, giving members the opportunity to convert reward points earned on eligible credit card spend into Velocity Points. These Velocity Points can then be redeemed for flights, flight upgrades, hotels, car hire, shopping, and more. You may already have a credit card that allows you to transfer your points to Velocity – check our list of partners on this page.
Transfer partner credit cards allow you to earn your credit card provider’s version of reward points and then convert these into Velocity Points when you choose.

Whereas Velocity Points earning credit cards allow you to earn Velocity Points directly from your everyday spend, with Points automatically credited to your Velocity account at the end of each statement period.
Yes, you will need to provide your Velocity Frequent Flyer member ID during your bank’s transfer process to be able to convert your points to Velocity. It’s free and fast to join here.

There are two ways you can transfer your credit card points to your Velocity account:

Manual transfer: log in to your credit card provider’s online portal and transfer the amount of credit card reward points of your choice to your Velocity account

Auto transfer: log in to your credit card provider’s online portal and set up auto redemption to allow your points to transferred to your Velocity account on a regular basis

Steps to transfer vary from bank to bank. Select your credit card provider from the partner logos higher up this page and follow the instructions to transfer your points to Velocity.
Auto Transfer allows you to automatically convert your credit card reward points to Velocity Points on a regular schedule (e.g. monthly or quarterly). This is a “set and forget” option that ensures you never miss out on earning Velocity Points. Our eligible partners for Auto Transfer include ANZ, Citi, NAB, St George, Bank of Melbourne, Bank SA, BOQ and Card Services.

There is no fee to transfer your credit card points to Velocity, however points conversion rates apply and vary by Velocity partner. Please see conversion rates on our partner page for your credit card provider (see links above).
Yes, if you have credit cards with different providers, provided they are credit cards eligible for transferring points to Velocity, there is no limit to how many you can transfer from.

Please login to your Velocity account via the Log In button in the top right-hand corner of this page. Once logged in, you will be directed to your My Velocity page, where you will be able to see your total Velocity Points balance and transaction summary.

Alternatively, if you are already logged in, please click on your initials in the top right corner of the page and select Activity under the My Velocity menu.

If you are viewing in the Velocity App:

On the Velocity app homepage, select your Velocity Points balance at the top of the page to view your Points activity.
Transfer times vary by partner but typically range from 1 to 5 business days. Check your credit card provider’s Terms and Conditions here for more information.
