Transferring your NAB Rewards Points to Velocity

NAB customers can collect NAB Rewards Points on spend with a selection of credit cards. These NAB Rewards Points can be redeemed in many ways, but our personal favourite is to transfer them into your Velocity account!1

Steps to transfer into Velocity

Auto Transfer your way to wonderful rewards

Set up Auto Transfer to automatically bring your NAB Rewards Points home to Velocity regularly, without lifting a finger!

You can convert the NAB Rewards Points earned on your eligible NAB Rewards credit card to Velocity Points via your NAB account. Minimum transfer is of 3,000 NAB Rewards Points required for a transfer.1

Steps to set up Auto Transfer:
 
  • Access the NAB Rewards Store via Cards in NAB Internet Banking or the NAB app.
  • Click on the person icon and select Profile.
  • Select ‘find out more’ in the Automatic Redemptions section.
  • Under Velocity click set up auto redemption.
  • Enter your details and submit.

With manual transfer, you control when you want to transfer your points into Velocity and also how many you want to transfer at a given time. A minimum of 3,000 NAB Rewards Points required for a transfer.1

Steps to complete a manual transfer:

  1. To transfer your NAB Rewards Points to Velocity, login to your NAB Internet Banking or the app.
  2. Go to the ‘My cards’ section.
  3. Select your NAB Rewards Card and follow the link

1. Minimum redemption amount = 3,000 NAB Rewards Points. 1 Velocity Point will be earned for every 2 NAB Rewards Points transferred. All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. The earning and redemption of NAB Rewards Points is subject to the NAB Rewards Program Terms and conditions. To redeem NAB Rewards Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the account holder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of NAB Rewards Points will be administered solely by NAB Rewards and can take up to 10 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Once NAB Rewards Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed.
