How to set up Auto Redemption

Set up Auto-Redemption to automatically transfer your ANZ Rewards points to your Velocity account every month or every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the transfer frequency you select. 

Set up now
  • Log in to your ANZ Rewards account
  • Click on Redeem and select Airline Partners.
  • Select Velocity Frequent Flyer from the list of Airline Partners.
  • Scroll down and click Set up Auto-Redemption. 
  • Enter your Velocity membership details, select the preferred transfer frequency and start date. before clicking Submit. You can opt for the redemption to occur monthly or every three, six or twelve months. Minimum transfer is multiples of 2,000 ANZ Reward or ANZ Business Reward Points for 1,000 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points, and then additional multiples of 2 Reward Points for 1 Velocity Point.
  • Review your selection and click Confirm Auto-Redemption

How to transfer

You can conver the points earned on your eligible ANZ Rewards credit cards to Velocity Points via your account.

ANZ Rewards: 

  • Log in to the ANZ App or ANZ Internet Banking
  • Go to your ANZ Rewards credit card account
  • Select your 'Reward Points balance' and click through to your ANZ Rewards Account
  • Click on Redeem and select Airline Partners.  
  • Select Velocity Frequent Flyer from the list of Airline Partners.  
  • Enter the amount of Reward points you want to transfer to Velocity, then click Review and Redeem.
  • Enter your Velocity membership details and click Review.
  • Confirm that all details are correct and click Redeem Now.

ANZ Business Rewards: 

  • Go to ANZ Business Rewards.
  • Select Transfer now, then log in. Select Shop (ANZ Business Rewards customers only), then select the Redeem tab. 
  • Enter how many Reward Points you would like to convert, select update and then continue.
  • Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer member number, check your details and then select Submit. A redemption log number will appear on screen, and an e-mail notification will be sent for your reference.

All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. The earning and redemption of ANZ Reward points is subject to the ANZ Rewards - Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (please view full terms or call ANZ on 13 33 33 for a copy). To redeem ANZ Reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the account holder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of ANZ Reward points will be administered solely by ANZ Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account.  For ANZ Auto-Redemption a minimum transfer of 2,000 ANZ Reward Points and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points applies.  Once ANZ Reward points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed.

To redeem ANZ Business Reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member.
