If a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, and assuming it has been stored in suitable conditions, and has met Laithwaite's wine handling conditions, it will be collected and refunded or replaced (subject to Velocity Wine Store by Laithwaite's Terms and Conditions). Subject to applicable law, Laithwaite's does not offer refunds and returns on older vintages and fine wines.

All orders on the Velocity Wine Store by Laithwaite’s are subject to a minimum spend requirement of $100 or 16,000 Velocity Points (including GST and excluding delivery).

As a Velocity Frequent Flyer Member, you will earn 2 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points per each dollar spent (excluding delivery charges) by shopping with Velocity Wine Store by Laithwaite's, or by accepting any bonus Points offer from time to time. All Velocity Points (including any bonus Points) will be credited to your Velocity account within 30 days of purchase. 

Once you sign up to the Virgin Wines Discovery Club, you will be sent a case of wine delivered to your door approximately every 12 weeks and at Christmas. You will be notified via email approximately 2 weeks prior to shipment that your next case is ready for dispatch, including the case contents and price. You are in complete control and can skip or cancel your Discovery Club membership before we deliver by phoning the Virgin Wines customer service team on 1300 681 545. If you do not phone by the respond date stated in your notification email, Virgin Wines will deliver the case of wine to the delivery address they have on record and charge your credit card the notified price of the wine plus delivery costs. By signing up to the Discovery Club, you consent to Virgin Wines holding and using your credit card or other card details for the purpose of obtaining payment for each case of wine whilst you are part of the Discovery Club. Each year you will be offered a special Christmas case, and you will be notified in advance of this case and its seasonal price. Ongoing Discovery Club cases will be $159.99 (plus delivery, prices: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Australian Capital Territory, Ballarat, Geelong, Gosford, Newcastle and Wollongong is $9.99 per case. Delivery is $12.99 per case to country New South Wales and country Victoria, Ipswich and Gold Coast. Deliveries to Queensland and South Australia country, Perth, Tasmania and Sunshine Coast cost $14.99 per case. Most orders are fulfilled within a week but please allow a few extra days if you live in a remote area. Order acceptance and the contract between you and Virgin Wines will only be formed on the dispatch to you of the product(s) ordered. Virgin Wines do not deliver to parcel lockers, and unfortunately due to rising delivery costs and current liquor laws are unable to deliver to the Northern Territory. All Virgin Wines wines are covered by their guarantee - if you don’t like a wine for any reason, Virgin Wines will refund you and arrange to collect the wine as quickly as possible.

Velocity Terms and Conditions: Velocity members must provide their Velocity membership number at the time of purchase to earn Points. Velocity Points are earned on the cost of wine only (excluding shipping). Base Points and bonus Points will be credited to your account within 30 days. Active wine plan members will receive 3 Velocity Points for every $1 spent on Discovery Club purchases. All other purchases will receive 2 Velocity Points per $1 spent. 

Velocity members will earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on all eligible products purchased at any Snooze retail store in Australia or online at snooze.com.au. Spend on delivery, assembly, mattress removal and Gift Cards is not eligible for Velocity Points earn. Velocity Frequent Flyer Membership details must be recorded prior to order pickup or delivery. Velocity members will earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on eligible products and services included in their Freedom Kitchens and Wardrobes contract of sale at the time of delivery.
