To be eligible, you must have received this offer from Velocity Frequent Flyer, select your chosen reward now between 15 November 2024 and 31 January 2025, and ensure your travel is completed by 31 January 2025.

To choose your reward, here's what you need to do:

  • Choose your reward from the two options below now between 15 November 2024 and 31 January 2025.
  • After selecting your reward, get in touch with your company's preferred travel management company. This might be via an online portal or directly with a preferred Corporate Travel Consultant.
  • Book an eligible Virgin Australia flight (a flight operated by Virgin Australia, with a VA flight number) for business travel by 31 January 2025 and include your Velocity Frequent Flyer number in your booking. Travel on the booking by 31 January 2025.

Choose Your Reward Offer

*This is an exclusive offer and is only available to the intended recipient. Double Velocity Points Option Terms and Conditions

^To be eligible for the double Velocity Points promotion (Offer) you must (1) Activate the Offer via the Benefit Selector through the link contained in this email between 12.01am AEST 15 November 2024 and 11.59pm AEST 31 January 2025 inclusive (Promotion Period); (2) after offer activation, contact your Corporate Travel Management Company; (3) have them book and ticket an Eligible Flight during the Promotion Period and enter a valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking; and complete travel on an Eligible Flight. An Eligible Flight is a Domestic, Trans-Tasman or International Short Haul flight marketed and operated by Virgin Australia flown between 12.01am AEST 15 November 2024 and 11:59pm AEST 31 January 2025 inclusive and booked and ticketed in a fare class that normally accrues Velocity Points. Points cannot be earned on Velocity Reward Seat bookings.
