• 1. Reward Store (Gift cards)
  Redemption of Points for gift cards is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, as well as the Velocity Rewards Store Terms of Use and other Terms and Conditions for the particular gift card disclosed at the time of redemption.  Minimum spend for some gift cards starts at 5,447 Points.  Please review all Velocity Rewards Store Terms and Conditions before making your selection. Products ordered through the Rewards Store will not be dispatched until the relevant Points have been deducted from the member's membership account. • 3. Flybuys
  If you’ve linked your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership to your Flybuys household account, you can choose to manually transfer a minimum of 1,000 Flybuys points at a time to receive 500 Velocity Points per 1,000 Flybuys points transferred to Velocity. Or, you can turn on Auto Transfer and if you choose to do this, your entire existing Flybuys points balance (to the highest multiple of 1,000 Flybuys points) will be automatically transferred to your linked Velocity account, and every 1,000 Flybuys points you subsequently collect will be automatically transferred into 500 Velocity Points. Only one Velocity membership can be linked to a Flybuys household at any one time. To turn on Auto Transfer, the full name and date of birth on your Flybuys household account and linked Velocity membership must match. You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time at partners.flybuys.com.au/velocity-frequent-flyer/. 

  Visit https://experience.flybuys.com.au/rewards/travel/velocity-transfer to manually transfer your Flybuys points. Alternatively, to turn on Auto Transfer, visit partners.flybuys.com.au/velocity-frequent-flyer/ and sign in to your Flybuys account then turn your Auto Transfer preference to ‘On’. This selection will apply to all members under that specific Flybuys household account. You can turn your Auto Transfer preference to ‘Off’ at any time and will still be able to manually transfer your Flybuys points to Velocity. 
   
  Please allow up to 48 hours for Velocity Points to be credited to your linked Velocity account and for your Flybuys points balance to be updated. Once Flybuys points have been redeemed for Velocity Points they can’t be returned to your Flybuys account. • 4. 7-Eleven
  Scan your valid Velocity membership card (either your physical card or using your Velocity app) or your Velocity-linked My Card (found in your My 7-Eleven app) before making payment for an Eligible Purchase, to earn Velocity Points at 7-Eleven stores across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. 

  Velocity members earn the following Velocity Points on Eligible Purchases at 7-Eleven: 2 Velocity Points per 1 litre of Mobil Extra 95 and Mobil Supreme+ 98 (Premium Fuel); 1 Velocity Point per 1 litre of any other fuel sold at 7-Eleven (Regular Fuel); and 2 Velocity Points per $1 (including GST) spent on in-store products. Eligible Purchases are purchases at 7-Eleven stores made using an Eligible Payment Method, other than purchases of Excluded Products.

  Excluded Products include tobacco, prepaid transport tickets, mobile phone products, gift cards and vouchers, parcel and hire services, purchases made online or via any home delivery services platform, and other excluded purchases designated on the 7-Eleven website.   An Eligible Payment Method is any payment method other than: 7-Eleven Fuel Pass, any fleet card, Motorpass, vouchers, free offers or any other excluded payment method specified on the 7-Eleven website as ineligible for Velocity Points (each an Ineligible Payment Method). If you use an Ineligible Payment Method to pay for your transaction, or your payment is declined and you do not complete the payment, you will not receive Velocity Points.

  The exact number of Points to be awarded will be calculated after excluding any products or services which form part of a transaction which are not Eligible Purchases.  Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated. The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the relevant Points earn rate to the actual number of litres of fuel purchased and the purchase price paid for in-store Eligible Purchases, before rounding the combined Points up to a whole number. Velocity Points are allocated to member accounts within 24 hours of completing a transaction, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific promotional campaign.

  Velocity Wine Store by Laithwaites is operated by Wine People Pty Ltd (ABN: 41 105 657 154) trading as Velocity Wine Store by Laithwaites (LIQP770016550), Level 2, 407 Elizabeth Street Sydney NSW 2010. LIQP770016550 (“Laithwaites”).  
  Orders will not be accepted (nor will alcohol be delivered to) persons under the age of 18 years. You are purchasing product(s) from Laithwaites not Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd. Your contract with  Laithwaites will be formed when they dispatch your product(s). 

  Laithwaites deliver to most addresses in Australia including PO Boxes except the Northern Territory, dry zones across Australia and Parcel Lockers.  Orders are usually fulfilled within a week but please allow up to 14 days. Delivery to outlying areas will be to the agent’s nearest depot. If an offered wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of greater value may be supplied. If you are unhappy with the substitute, Laithwaites will provide you a refund.  
  Laithwaites wines are covered by a quality guarantee subject to certain conditions. If a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, and assuming it has been stored in suitable conditions, and has met Laithwaites wine handling conditions, it will be collected and refunded or replaced (subject to Velocity Wine Store by Laithwaites Terms and Conditions). Subject to applicable law, Laithwaites does not offer refunds and returns on older vintages and fine wines.
