DoorDash is a food and grocery delivery service available via the DoorDash app or www.doordash.com. The DoorDash app is available for download via the Apple and Google Play stores.
To earn Velocity Points with DoorDash you must link your Velocity membership number into your DoorDash customer account found in the settings section of the DoorDash App or www.doordash.com.
Once you have linked your Velocity account successfully with DoorDash you will earn Velocity Points on eligible orders.
Please ensure you have the latest operating system on your iPhone or Android device and try downloading again. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to DoorDash Support.
Make sure you are running the latest version of the app to access Velocity Frequent Flyer’s functionality. Update DoorDash app in the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play store (Android) if required.
To earn Velocity Points using DoorDash, you must first link your Velocity membership number with DoorDash before placing an eligible order. Once linked, you will earn Velocity Points on all eligible orders. Follow the steps below to link your accounts:

If unsuccessful in linking, you will be notified by DoorDash about how to resolve the issue.
Please ensure that the Velocity membership details you have entered in your DoorDash account match your Velocity account, including your first and last name and Velocity Frequent Flyer number. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to DoorDash Support.

You will be redirected to the Velocity Frequent Flyer join form where you will be asked for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, contact number and email address. Complete the join form, read and accept the Velocity Frequent Flyer privacy policy and terms and conditions.
When you have completed the Velocity Frequent Flyer join form you will receive your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number on screen and via email immediately.
Once you have received your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number, return to DoorDash and link your account by following the below steps:

No, you don’t. Your DoorDash account will be linked simply by using your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number. However, the name on the Velocity membership and the DoorDash customer account must be the same.
No, you will not earn Velocity Points on refunded orders.
Do you have an email from Velocity in your inbox? If so, you can find your membership details at the top of the email.
Otherwise, if you know the email address, first name and last name registered on your Velocity account, and have set up your security question, you can recover your Velocity membership number via the Velocity website. Your Velocity membership number will then be emailed to the address registered on your Velocity account.

Velocity Points will be earned on the total amount of the eligible order after any applicable promotions or discounts have been applied. Velocity Frequent Flyer members ("Velocity Member") who have a DoorDash customer account can earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on completed Eligible Orders that are made via doordash.com or on the DoorDash app in Australia when they link their Velocity and DoorDash accounts.

Only the Velocity Member who completes the order is eligible to earn Velocity Points.
