VELOCITY FREQUENT FLYER AND DOORDASH EARN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Velocity Frequent Flyer members ("Velocity Member") who have a DoorDash customer account can earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on completed Eligible Orders that are made via doordash.com or on the DoorDash app in Australia when they link their Velocity and DoorDash accounts.
Link your Velocity and DoorDash accounts by entering your first name, last name and your valid Velocity membership number into your DoorDash customer account in the settings section of the DoorDash App or www.doordash.com
Only the Velocity Member who completes the order is eligible to earn Velocity Points. The Velocity Member’s first and last name from their Velocity membership account must correctly match the name registered to their DoorDash customer account for validation by DoorDash to be successful. Velocity membership details must be recorded in your DoorDash customer account at the time of the Eligible Order to be eligible to earn Velocity Points.
If the Velocity Member meets the eligibility requirements for this offer, Velocity Points for completed Eligible Orders will be allocated within 3 working days of successful payment of each order. Where a refund is processed, Velocity Points that would otherwise have been earned on the original purchase will not be earned or allocated to your Velocity account, as a result of returning the purchased product or cancelled delivery. If Velocity Points have already been allocated to your Velocity account, they may be deducted from your Velocity account.

Velocity Members can only earn Velocity Points on a single linked DoorDash account. Once your Velocity account and DoorDash customer account are linked, you cannot link that Velocity account to another DoorDash customer account.
Velocity Members can unlink by navigating to www.doordash.com/velocity and following the prompts OR in the DoorDash app by tapping on ‘Me’ and then 'Settings' to then open the Velocity Frequent Flyer page and pressing Unlink.
Validation of Velocity account may take up to 48 hours to be completed by DoorDash. Points earned during this validation period will be pending until validation has occurred. In the case of an unsuccessful validation, this will be communicated to the Velocity Member by DoorDash. The Velocity Member will be able to update the details they originally provided, and these new details will then be validated accordingly by DoorDash. Upon successful validation of these new details, DoorDash will retrospectively award Points for any orders placed by the Velocity Member in the period between the original date the Velocity Member entered their Velocity details, and the date of successful validation of the new details (up to a maximum of 28 days prior to successful validation).
Except as otherwise stated, no retrospective claims for Velocity Points will be accepted , even in instances where the claim arises out of technology malfunctions.
"Eligible Order" means a purchase transaction (for delivery or pickup) made by a Velocity Member through the DoorDash app or www.doordash.com within Australia, other than Excluded Transactions. Velocity Points can be earned on the purchase transaction subtotal (incl. applicable fees, taxes, additional charges and delivery fees) after any other promotions or discounts have been applied. If a Gift Card is used as a payment method, Velocity Points will not be earned on the portion of the transaction paid for using the Gift Card.
“Excluded Transaction” means the purchase of Gift Cards, payment of tips and DashPass subscription fees.
