¹e-Store EOFY Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions 

Velocity members that shop via the Velocity Frequent Flyer e-Store between 12:01 am AEST on 27 May 2026 and 11:59 pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (inclusive, and subject to the applicable time periods below) (‘Offer Period’) have the opportunity to earn bonus Points when purchasing eligible products (‘Points Offer’). In particular: 

• 15 Points per $1 spent on eligible products with Samsonite, American Tourister and High Sierra during the offer period.

e-Store Standard Terms and Conditions

Velocity members that shop via the e-Store can also take advantage of standard earn rates when purchasing eligible products. Not all items purchased through the Velocity e-Store are eligible to earn Points. To earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must be logged into the Velocity e-Store website (using their Velocity membership number and password) and access the retailer's website via the links from the Velocity e-Store. In using the Velocity e-Store the Velocity member agrees to the use of cookies to track and record purchases made by the Velocity member via the Velocity e-Store. It is the Velocity member's responsibility to ensure that cookies are turned on in their browser and that the security settings in their browser allow the use of cookies. See the individual retailer purchase conditions available on the individual retailer’s page on the Velocity e-Store website for full details of any exclusions. ²Flybuys Transfer Terms and Conditions

If you’ve linked your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership to your Flybuys household account, you can choose to manually transfer a minimum of 1,000 Flybuys points at a time to receive 500 Velocity Points per 1,000 Flybuys points transferred to Velocity. Or, you can turn on Auto Transfer and if you choose to do this, your entire existing Flybuys points balance (to the highest multiple of 1,000 Flybuys points) will be automatically transferred to your linked Velocity account, and every 1,000 Flybuys points you subsequently collect will be automatically transferred into 500 Velocity Points.

There’s no limit to the amount of Flybuys points you can transfer to Velocity. Only one Velocity membership can be linked to a Flybuys household at any one time.

To turn on Auto Transfer, the full name and date of birth on your Flybuys household account and linked Velocity membership must match. You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time at partners.flybuys.com.au/velocity-frequent-flyer/. Visit experience.flybuys.com.au/rewards/travel/velocity-transfer to manually transfer your Flybuys points.

Alternatively, to turn on Auto Transfer, visit partners.flybuys.com.au/velocity-frequent-flyer/ and sign in to your Flybuys account then turn your Auto Transfer preference to ‘On’. This selection will apply to all members under that specific Flybuys household account. You can turn your Auto Transfer preference to ‘Off’ at any time and will still be able to manually transfer your Flybuys points to Velocity.

Please allow up to 48 hours for Velocity Points to be credited to your linked Velocity account and for your Flybuys points balance to be updated. Once Flybuys points have been redeemed for Velocity Points they can’t be returned to your Flybuys account. ⁴Triple VelocityPoints on flights with Virgin Australia Business Flyer

Promotion is valid from 12:01am AEST 18 May 2026 to 11:59pm AEST 30 June 2026 (inclusive) (Promotion Period).

How your business can earn triple Velocity Points on each Eligible Flight:

If your business is not currently a member of Virgin Australia Business Flyer, your business must, during the Promotion Period: 

• Apply and be approved for a new Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership; and
• Book and fly on an Eligible Flight. 

If your business is currently a member of Virgin Australia Business Flyer, your business must, during the Promotion Period:

• Activate this offer through the activation link here; and 
• Book and fly on an Eligible Flight. 

An Eligible Flight for the Triple Points Promotion is: 

• a one-way domestic or short-haul international flight marketed and operated by Virgin Australia with a VA flight number, excluding Virgin Australia flights VA1-29 operated by Qatar Airways for Virgin Australia;
• ticketed and flown during the Promotion Period; 
• not a Reward Seat booking or codeshare service marketed or operated by partner airlines; and 
• booked through virginaustralia.com (with the member’s ABN added to the booking before travel), through the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal or via the member’s nominated Travel Management company. 

Bonus Velocity Points for the business per Eligible Flight are calculated on the standard volume of Velocity Points accrued per Eligible Flight.
