Sydney Lounge Premium Entry

Virgin Australia is pleased to offer Velocity Gold and Platinum members and Business Class guests complimentary access to Sydney Lounge Premium Entry^.

Offering direct kerbside access, optional valet parking*, flight check-in and dedicated security screening, Sydney Lounge Premium Entry is just steps away from the lounge, but worlds apart from the traditional airport experience.

This innovative entrance has recently been refurbished, making the check-in process even more seamless. Updates include a new reception desk, 3 flight check-in kiosks, 2 self-serve lounge entry kiosks, weight scales and an additional private security screening lane. Premium Entry is open Monday through Sunday for guests with carry-on baggage only.

Premium Entry and Premium Valet are located adjacent to the Virgin Australia departures set down area at Sydney Airport.


Terms and Conditions:

^Sydney Lounge Premium Entry: Sydney Lounge Premium Entry is open Monday to Sunday from 45 minutes prior to first flight departure until the last flight is called for boarding. Premium Entry is available to Virgin Australia Business Class guests, and Velocity Gold and Platinum Members, travelling with carry-on baggage only. For security reasons baggage exceeding standard carry-on dimensions and allowances cannot be accepted at Lounge Premium Entry and must be checked in at a Virgin Australia Check-in counter inside the main Departures hall. *Sydney Premium Valet: Premium Valet is available to Virgin Australia Business Class guests, and Velocity Gold and Platinum Members only. Rates apply to the use of Premium Valet Services and are payable on collection of the vehicle from the Premium Valet collection desk (for on demand bookings), or at the time of booking through the Sydney Airport online booking service (for pre-purchased bookings). Specific Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through the online booking service. Rates are available at the Premium Valet drop off and collection points . Premium Valet at Sydney Domestic Terminal 2 is operated by Secure Central Parking Pty Limited ABN 115 997 530, on behalf of Sydney Airport Corporation Limited ABN 62 082 578 809. The contract for the provision of Premium Valet Services is between the individual using the Services and Sydney Airport Corporation Limited. The Sydney Airport Corporation Limited Car Park Conditions of use apply, as displayed at the Premium Valet drop off and collection points. Changes to Premium Valet bookings (for example, changes to the vehicle collection time and date) can only be made by the individual using the Premium Valet Services, and can only be communicated by calling the Valet Office between 5:00am and 11:00pm AEST Monday to Sunday on (02) 9352 7419.
