Step 1: Make sure you have the Velocity Frequent Flyer app

Always keep your Velocity app updated. If you don't have it yet, not to worry, you can download it on Apple Store and Google Play.

Step 2: Ensure your app notifications are enabled

You'll want to update your app settings to enable notifications (so you can be the first to know when our special something drops in the app). 

From the app:

1. Open the "Settings" menu from the bottom navigation
2. Tap to open the "Notification Settings"
3. Toggle "Push notifications" on 

Step 3: Check your device notification settings

Sometimes you'll need to update your device notification settings and ensure notifications are enabled for the Velocity Frequent Flyer app.
