Velocity Store Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
(a) Welcome to the Velocity Store where you can earn and redeem Velocity Points on purchases of Products from a range of Merchants. The Velocity Store is a service available only to Velocity Frequent Flyer members. You must hold a Velocity Account and be logged into your account at the time that you are purchasing Products to receive the benefit of the Velocity Store.
(b) These terms govern your use of the Velocity Store. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Importantly, all Products are made available and supplied to you by a Marketplace Seller or a Shop and Earn Retailer (otherwise referred to here as a ‘Merchant’ or ‘Merchants’), not by Velocity. The supply of Products is subject to a separate agreement between you and the Merchant on the Merchant’s terms and conditions. By choosing to place an order, you agree, on behalf of yourself and anyone using your Velocity Account, to be bound by these terms and the Merchant’s terms and conditions.
(c) These terms are in addition to, and do not limit, the terms applicable to your Velocity Account. Earning and redemption of Velocity Points for Products is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, Velocity Store Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions disclosed at the time of earning or redemption.
(d) Capitalised words used in these terms have the meaning given in clause 10.1.
2. ORDERING FROM THE VELOCITY STORE
2.1 Overview
There are two ways for you to use the Velocity Store. These are:
(a) through Shop and Earn Retailers, for Products made available for purchase on our Shop and Earn Retailers’ respective websites, as described in clause 2.2; or
(b) through Marketplace Sellers, for Products made available for purchase on the Velocity Store website, as described in clause 2.2.
2.2 Shop and Earn Retailers
(a) You engage a Shop and Earn Retailer when you follow the unique link provided on the Velocity Store to the Shop and Earn Retailer’s website.
(b) While at the Shop and Earn Retailer’s website, you can browse and purchase Products directly from the Shop and Earn Retailer.
(c) When shopping on a Shop and Earn Retailer’s website, you will no longer be on the Velocity Store site and you will be subject to the Shop and Earn Retailer’s Terms and Conditions. Any purchases you make will be subject to acceptance by the Shop and Earn Retailer. The Shop and Earn Retailer’s terms and conditions will also apply to your purchase, including in respect of price, delivery and returns policy. If the Shop and Earn Retailer accepts your purchase, the Shop and Earn Retailer will process payment using the payment options which they offer. Where payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the Shop and Earn Retailer directly.
(d) When purchasing from a Shop and Earn Retailer you enter into a contract for the supply of that Product with the Shop and Earn Retailer. We are not responsible for fulfilling your order.
(e) Any accepted purchased Product will be shipped by and from the Shop and Earn Retailer, subject to the relevant Shop and Earn Retailer’s terms and conditions.
(f) The Shop and Earn Retailer may charge delivery fees as described in the applicable terms and conditions and/or website.
2.3 Marketplace Sellers
(a) Products shown on the Velocity Store are Marketplace Products. They are offered and supplied by separate Marketplace Sellers (who are third parties) and not by Velocity. The Marketplace Seller is named on the relevant Marketplace Product page. The Marketplace Sellers and available Marketplace Products may change from time to time so check back regularly to make the most of your Velocity Account.
(b) When you purchase a Marketplace Product you enter into a separate contract for the supply of that Product with the Marketplace Seller. The Marketplace Seller’s terms and conditions form the contract between you and the Marketplace Seller and apply to the supply of those Marketplace Products, including in respect of price, delivery and returns. The terms of that contract are set out on the relevant Marketplace Product page. We act as the Marketplace Seller’s agent for the purpose of facilitating that contract, and we are not responsible for fulfilling your order.
(c) Please take care when ordering Marketplace Products because once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by you.
(d) As the Marketplace Sellers’ agent, payment will be processed by us via the Velocity Store. Orders for Marketplace Products are processed after the appropriate amount of Velocity Points is deducted from your Velocity Account and/or payment of any cash element of the transaction (where relevant) for the Marketplace Product is authorised. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the Velocity Store.
(e) As the Marketplace Seller’s agent, we may refuse to accept or cancel an accepted order:
(i) if we suspect that it has been placed fraudulently or otherwise in breach of these terms (for example, by using a credit card of another person without proper authorisation);
(ii) where the Marketplace Seller has sold out of the relevant Product; or
(iii) where we have inadvertently mis-priced a Product,
in these circumstances, we will refund any amounts you have paid and recredit any Velocity Points redeemed but we and our Marketplace Sellers will have no further liability to you.
(f) Marketplace Products are delivered by the relevant Marketplace Seller (subject to its own terms and conditions) and can only be delivered to Australian addresses. There may be different delivery options available to you and delivery costs will be calculated and charged at the time of purchase. If you purchase more than one Marketplace Product in a single transaction, those Products may be delivered to you in multiple deliveries at the discretion of the Marketplace Seller/s.
(g) Delays in delivery sometimes occur. Any delivery dates provided to you about a Marketplace Product on the Velocity Store are for information only.
2.4 Your obligations
(a) In order to earn Velocity Points when making purchases from a Shop and Earn Retailer via the Velocity Store, you need to agree to the use of cookies on the Shop and Earn Retailer’s website, ensure cookies are turned on in your browser and that your browser security settings allow the use of cookies. Cookies allow the Shop and Earn Retailer to track your purchases so that Velocity is able to award your Points.
(b) You must provide us with accurate and complete information when using the Velocity Store or in relation to these terms.
(c) You must not use the Velocity Store:
(i) in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, any aspect of the Velocity Store to be interrupted;
(ii) in any way that may interfere or harm any other user of the Velocity Store;
(iii) for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with any criminal or unlawful activity; or
(iv) in any way that is not permitted under these terms.
in these circumstances, we will refund any amounts you have paid and recredit any Velocity Points redeemed but we and our Marketplace Sellers will have no further liability to you.
2.5 Age-Restricted Products
(a) Certain Products available for purchase on the Velocity Store from Merchants may be subject to restrictions based on age. In Australia, subject to limited exceptions permitted by law, it is unlawful to sell, supply, or obtain certain age-restricted products for, or on behalf of, a person under prescribed ages. By ordering an age-restricted Product from a Merchant, you warrant that you are:
(i) at least 18 years of age if you order a Product that is restricted to persons aged 18 years and over; or
(ii) at least 15 years of age if you order a Product that is restricted to persons aged 15 years and over; and
(iii) not obtaining the product on behalf of a person that is not legally eligible to purchase the Product themselves, unless you are otherwise permitted to do so by law.
(b) Where Velocity is not satisfied that the requirements of this clause have been met, as the agent of the Marketplace Seller we may cancel any order for, or refuse to supply, an age-restricted Product.
3. VELOCITY POINTS
(a) On the Velocity Store, you may be able to:
(i) earn Velocity Points on a wide selection of Products;
(ii) use your Velocity Points to purchase a wide selection of Products from our Marketplace Sellers; and
(iii) in some cases, use a combination of payment and Velocity Points for certain purchases from Marketplace Sellers (as indicated with a ‘Points + Pay’ flag), as further described in these terms.
Earning Velocity Points
(b) You can earn Velocity Points when you purchase a Product by using an Online Payment Method from either a Shop and Earn Retailer or a Marketplace Seller where this is indicated on the relevant Product page (or on the Shop and Earn Retailer’s page on the Velocity Store).
(c) Velocity Points will be earnt at the rate we or the Shop and Earn Retailer notify and may vary between Products.
(d) In order to earn Velocity Points from a Shop and Earn Retailer, you must:
(i) whilst logged in to your Velocity Store account, follow the unique link from the Velocity Store to the Shop and Earn Retailer’s website and make a purchase during that session;
If you purchase Products from the Shop and Earn Retailer in another way, you will not earn Velocity Points.
(e) Where you earn Velocity Points in respect of a Marketplace or Shop & Earn purchase, they will usually be credited to your Velocity Account within 60 days of your purchase. Missing Points claims must be made within 90 days of the purchase transaction date.
(f) Where you place a Marketplace order using a combination of Velocity Points and an Online Payment Method, Velocity Points can only be earned on the portion of payment made by the Online Payment Method. No Points will be earned on any portion of payment made using a redemption of Velocity Points.
(g) Velocity Points cannot be earned on shipping costs of Marketplace Orders. Whether you can earn Velocity Points with Shop and Earn purchases will differ depending on the terms of each Shop and Earn Retailer.
Redeeming Velocity Points
(h) You may purchase Marketplace Products via an Online Payment Method or via redemption of your Velocity Points. Redemption of Points for Marketplace Products is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions in addition to these terms. Minimum Velocity Point redemption amounts may apply at the time of the transaction as notified in the Velocity Store. Please note any cash element of a transaction will represent the remaining consideration (after applying your Velocity Points) required in order for you to complete your purchase.
(i) The total number of Points required to buy a Marketplace Product will be published on the relevant Product page and may change at any time. Where you redeem Velocity Points for Marketplace Products, we will subtract the Velocity Points in the amount published on the Velocity Store from your Velocity Account balance. If you have insufficient Velocity Points to complete a transaction at the relevant time, then we will not complete your order. You may be able to complete the transaction using a combination of Velocity Points and another form of payment where a Product has been marked with a ‘Points + Pay’ flag. To choose this option, you will need to use the slider to select the number of Points you want to use on the Checkout page.
General
(j) We may cancel any allocation of Velocity Points, or reverse any already allocated Velocity Points, where a Merchant advises us that:
(i) you’ve cancelled a purchase;
(ii) you’ve returned your purchased Products;
(iii) applicable purchase conditions were not met;
(iv) the Merchant did not, or was unable to, accept or fulfill your purchase; or
(v) the purchase was cancelled due to fraudulent, deceptive or misleading behaviour.

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
(a) As the Products are supplied by our Merchants directly to you, and not by us, we do not accept returns, provide refunds or deal with issues relating to the Products. These product related queries are dealt with by the Marketplace Merchants and Shop and Earn Retailers.
Marketplace Seller Products
(b) You can pursue all of your legal rights and remedies directly with Marketplace Sellers via the Velocity Store.
(c) Information about the returns policy of a Marketplace Seller (if any) will be available on the relevant Product page of the Velocity Store for that Marketplace Product.
(d) To initiate a return or refund request, you can do so via your Velocity Store Account by heading to the ‘My Account’ page and viewing your Marketplace Seller orders. If your return or refund request is approved by the Marketplace Seller, they will provide details on what you need to do next. You can contact us about processing a refund but we may need to refer you to the Marketplace Seller.
(e) If you are eligible to receive a refund for a Marketplace Product you purchased (whether in whole or in part) by redeeming Velocity Points, those Velocity Points will be recredited to your Velocity Account (this may take up to 30 days to be processed).
(f) If you receive a refund for a Marketplace Product you purchased (whether in whole or in part) by an Online Payment Method, then:
(i) that refund will be credited to your original payment method and it cannot be paid to a different account; and
(ii) we will deduct from your Velocity Account any Velocity Points earnt which were credited in respect of that purchase.
(g) If you complete a transaction for multiple Marketplace Products using a combination of an Online Payment Method and Velocity Point redemption, and you subsequently receive a refund in respect of some but not all of those Marketplace Products, then we will provide a combined refund of cash and Velocity Points in the same proportion as the original transaction for all Marketplace Products.
(h) Please ensure you check the Marketplace Sellers terms and conditions on the Marketplace Product page as these may differ between Marketplace Sellers.
Shop and Earn Retailer Products
(i) Information about the returns policy (if any) of a Shop and Earn Retailer will be available on that Shop and Earn Retailer’s website. You should contact the relevant Shop and Earn Retailer regarding any refund or issues relating Products purchased from a Shop and Earn Retailer.
(j) If you receive a refund for a Product purchased from a Shop and Earn Retailer (whether in whole or in part) then we will deduct from your Velocity Account any Velocity Points earnt which were credited in respect of that Product.
5. MERCHANT INFORMATION
(a) All descriptions, images, specifications and other information pertaining to the Products displayed on the Velocity Store (Product Information) has been supplied by the applicable Merchant. While we consider the Merchants to be reputable, we have not verified any Product Information and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability to you for inaccuracies or misstatements about Products which are made by Merchants. This does not impact any rights or remedies you may have in respect of the Merchant.
6. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
(a) Each Product is supplied directly by the applicable Merchant, pursuant to a contract between you and that Merchant. Products are not supplied or resold by us in any way. Where you experience any issues with a Product (including damage during delivery, defects in design, materials or assembly, issues of fitness for any purpose or your relating to your reliance on a Product in any circumstance, or for any warranties given to you by a Merchant), your recourse in relation to that issue will be solely to the applicable Merchant.
(b) The Velocity Store may experience periods of outage, unavailability or degraded performance. We may change it from time to time and conduct maintenance from time to time. We are not liable to you for any changes or outages of the Velocity Store.
(c) All express or implied guarantees, warranties, representations, statements, terms and conditions relating to these terms, the Velocity Store and any Product that are not contained in these terms, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
(d) Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, term, condition, warranty or right or remedy, whether implied or imposed, by any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the Australian Consumer Law which contains guarantees that protect the purchasers of goods and services in certain circumstances.
(e) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for, and no measure of damages will, under any circumstances, include:
(i) special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages; or
(ii) damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or loss or corruption of data;
(iii) any loss arising from the unavailability of the Velocity Store or any Product;
(iv) loss or damage that was not caused by any breach or wrongdoing on our part,
whether in contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or on any other basis, whether or not such loss or damage was foreseeable and even if advised of the possibility of the loss or damage.
(f) Subject to paragraphs (d), (e) and (g), and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability for all claims under or relating to these terms or the Velocity Store whether in contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute, under an indemnity, based on fundamental breach or breach of a fundamental term or on any other basis, is limited, in relation to each order for Products that you place with us, to the price you have paid to us in respect of those Products.
(g) Our liability to you is reduced to the extent that your acts or omissions contribute to or cause the loss of liability.
(h) The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.
7. TAXES, GST AND INVOICES
(a) All prices quoted to you are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. You may download tax invoices for purchases of Marketplace Products through the Velocity Store by heading to your ‘My Account’ page and viewing your Marketplace Seller orders.
(b) If you are eligible to receive a refund for a Marketplace Product you purchased (whether in whole or in part) you will receive an adjustment notice to the email address used on your Velocity account.
(c) If you have a query about a tax invoice or adjustment notice, please contact the Velocity Account contact centre.
(d) To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Velocity is not responsible for, and makes no representations about, any tax liability in connection with your participating in the Velocity Program, making purchases on the Velocity Store and the earning or redeeming of Points. You are solely responsible for any taxes (including GST) duties, levies, fees, charges or other liabilities in connection with your participation in the Velocity Program, making purchases on the Velocity Store and the earning or redeeming of Points and you should seek advice from a professional accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand any such tax liability.
8. PRIVACY
(a) https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/about-us/policies/privacy/privacy-policy/Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd is collecting your personal information to process your order and any Velocity Points transaction if applicable. We may also handle your personal information for other purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
(b) Depending on your use of the Velocity Store, we may collect and share personal information with a Marketplace Seller to process your order, and/or collect and share personal information with a Shop and Earn Retailer to process your Points earn. When you follow the unique link provided on the Velocity Store to the Shop and Earn Retailer’s website, you will no longer be on the Velocity Store site and you will be subject to the Shop and Earn Retailer’s Privacy Policy.
(c) Our Privacy Policy includes additional details about when we may share personal information with other third parties, such as our Service Providers who help us to provide the Velocity Store. It also includes details about making a privacy complaint or an access or correction request.
(d) The Marketplace Seller or Shop and Earn Retailer will handle your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Visit the Marketplace Seller or Shop and Earn Retailer’s website for more information.
9. GENERAL
(a) We may change these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to any order are those current at the time you place that order. You should check these terms periodically to ensure you understand the terms that apply to any order you place.
(b) If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable in a jurisdiction it is to be read down or severed in that jurisdiction to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability and it does not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in another jurisdiction or the remaining provisions.
(c) A waiver by a party of a provision or of a right under this agreement is binding on the party granting the waiver only if it is given in writing and is signed by the party or an officer of the party granting the waiver. A waiver is effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it is given. A single or partial exercise of a right by a party does not preclude another or further exercise or attempted exercise of that right or the exercise of another right. Failure by a party to exercise or delay in exercising a right does not prevent its exercise or operate as a waiver
(d) These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
(e) Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, including Federal courts sitting in that State.
10. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION
10.1 Definitions
The following definitions apply in this agreement unless the context requires otherwise:
(a) “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
(b) “Intellectual Property Rights” means all intellectual property rights of whatever nature including all rights conferred under statute, common law or equity, including all copyrights, patent rights, trade mark rights, design rights and trade secrets.
(c) “Marketplace Product” means a Product made available for purchase by a Marketplace Seller on the Velocity Store.
(d) ”Marketplace Seller” means the provider of a Marketplace Product advertised and made available for purchase on the Velocity Store.
(e) Merchant” means either:
(i) a Shop and Earn Retailer; or
(ii) a Marketplace Seller.
(f) “Non-Excludable Provision” has the meaning given in clause Error! Reference source not found..
(g) “Online Payment Method” means any of the online payment options available at the time you purchase a Product, such as a visa/debit card or digital wallet, but does not include the redemption of Velocity Points.
(h) “Shop and Earn Retailer” means a Merchant of a Product made available for purchase on an ecommerce website which you access via a link through the Velocity Store.
(i) “Points + Pay” means a combination of Velocity Points with an Online Payment.
(j) “Product” means a product available for sale by a Merchant in accordance with these Terms.
(k) “Velocity Account” means your account with the Velocity Frequent Flyer loyalty program known as “Velocity”.
(l) “Velocity Points” means loyalty points offered as part of the Velocity Frequent Flyer loyalty program known as “Velocity”.
(m) “Velocity Store” means the e-commerce platform operated by us accessible at https://shop.velocityfrequentflyer.com/.
(n) “We”, “us” or “our” means Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Limited (ACN 601 408 824).
(o) “You” or ‘your” means the holder of the Velocity Account used to access the Velocity Store and purchase Products.
10.2 Interpretation
Unless a contrary intention clearly appears:
(a) words importing:
(i) the singular includes the plural and vice versa; and
(ii) natural persons include created entities (incorporated or unincorporated) and the government and vice versa;
(b) any headings used herein are for convenience only and are not a part of this agreement, nor shall they in any way affect the interpretation hereof;
(c) the word "including" or "includes" means "including but not limited to" or "including without limitation"; and
(d) the rule of construction that the contract shall be interpreted against the party responsible for the drafting or preparation of the agreement, shall not apply.
11. Velocity Store 1,000 Bonus Point Offer Terms and Conditions
Velocity Members that shop via the Velocity Store between 12:00am 21 July 2026 and 11:59pm 31 August 2026 AEST (“Offer Period”) will have the opportunity to earn 1,000 bonus Velocity Points (“Points Offer”) when they make an Eligible Transaction. An Eligible Transaction is a Member’s first ever transaction via the Velocity Store where the Member:
(a) Redeems a minimum of 2,000 Velocity Points in one transaction via a Velocity Store Marketplace Seller; or
(b) Spends a minimum of $50 (excluding shipping costs) in one transaction with a Marketplace Seller or via a Shop & Earn retailer on a Product or Products that are otherwise eligible for Velocity Points earn – not all Products available to be purchased through the Velocity Store are eligible for Points earn, and the relevant Product page will indicate if an item is eligible for Points earn.
The Points Offer is not available on the purchase or redemption of gift cards.
The Points Offer is only available to the first 30,000 Members who successfully complete an Eligible Transaction during the Offer Period. Once the 30,000 Member limit has been reached, no further Members will be eligible to receive the Points Offer. This Points Offer can only be used once by a Velocity Member.
To make an Eligible Transaction, the Velocity Member must either:
(a) while logged into their Velocity Store account, follow the unique link provided on the Velocity Store to a Shop and Earn Retailer’s website and make a purchase in that session; or
(b) access a Shop and Earn Retailer website via the Velocity Store ‘shop and earn’ browser plug-in installed and activated on their browser and make a purchase; or
(c) make a purchase from a Marketplace Seller via the Velocity Store website.
If a Member makes a purchase via a Velocity Store Shop & Earn Retailer, the Velocity Member agrees to the use of cookies to track and record purchases made by the Velocity Member via the Velocity Store so that Points are able to be awarded. It is the Velocity Member's responsibility to ensure that cookies are turned on in their browser and that the security settings in their browser allow the use of cookies. Purchases made via the Velocity Store are subject to the relevant Shop & Earn Retailer or Marketplace Seller’s terms and conditions, including in respect of price, delivery and returns policy.
For transactions made via a Shop & Earn Retailer, Velocity Members will be notified by email within 7 working days of the date of purchase whether the transaction was tracked. If a purchase is eligible for Points earn and has been approved by the retailer, Velocity Points for the purchase, including the bonus Points, will be credited to the Member’s Velocity account within 61 days of the date of purchase. The process of approving purchases and awarding Velocity Points is at the discretion of the retailer. Velocity may cancel any allocation of Velocity Points, including as part of the Points Offer or can reverse any allocated Velocity Points, including as part of the Points Offer if it is advised that: 1. the Member has cancelled the relevant purchase or returned the products, 2. an invalid e-Voucher or payment method was used at point of sale, 3. applicable purchase conditions are not satisfied (e.g. purchase invalid or ineligible), or 4. the retailer cancelled a purchase transaction (for instance due to product availability or any fraudulent behaviour by the Velocity Member).
