• What is the Velocity Store?

  The Velocity Store is the online shopping platform that provides Velocity Frequent Flyer members with the ability to earn and use Velocity Points on their online shopping. 

   

  Members can shop via the Marketplace where they can earn and redeem Velocity Points across the best brands and thousands of products. They will be able to pay with Points, cash, or a combination of both at checkout. Members will also earn Points on any cash component of eligible purchases (excluding shipping costs) giving them the ultimate flexibility.

   

  Members can also extend their shopping experience with our Shop & Earn Retailers which will allow them to shop directly via a brands website (via the Velocity Store) and earn Points on eligible spend. The Shop & Earn Browser Extension once downloaded will alert members to online retailers where they can earn Points making it easier to not miss a point.

• Do I need to be a Velocity member to shop the Velocity Store?

  Yes. You must be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member to earn or redeem Velocity Points on the Velocity Store. Joining is free, to become a member head to our Velocity sign up page to join now.

• Where can I find a list of all brands available on the Velocity Store?

  Navigate to Shop all brands on the Velocity Store menu. Alternatively, you can select a specific category to see a full list of brands available in that category. 

• Are my personal details safe?

  We take steps to protect your personal information and you can read about them in our Privacy Policy. If you would like to access the personal information we hold, or you are unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please get in touch using the contact details in the Privacy Policy.

• Will I be contacted by any of your sellers?

  We don’t share your personal information with Velocity Store Marketplace sellers beyond what’s required to fulfil your order. Communication about your order may come directly from the Marketplace seller (e.g., shipping or support). However, please note that for Shop & Earn purchases, when you click a ‘Shop Now’ retailer link, you will leave the Velocity Store site and be subject to that Shop & Earn Retailer’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you leave your details with a Shop & Earn Retailer, they may contact you.
