Used with a roasting trivet (sold separately), the trays convert the Baby Q from direct grilling to indirect cooking by allowing heat to circulate evenly around food. Fats and juices fall onto the trays to create smoke and flavour while excess drippings are channelled away from the burner to reduce flare-ups. Compatible with Weber Q models 27111024 and 3400040.
