Care & Usage Instructions:

• Before first use: wash, dry, coat inside with cooking oil, heat 1–2 minutes, then remove excess oil
• Use low to medium heat to prevent base damage
• Lift pan when moving on induction or glass ceramic cooktops to avoid scratches
• Do not immerse hot pan in cold water
• Wash with soft sponge and mild soap; dry completely and lightly oil inside and outside to prevent corrosion
• Do not use dishwasher or soak in water
• Over time, natural rust spots or staining may appear; this is normal for cast iron
• Maximum cooking fill: ¾ of total volume
• Protective layer of sunflower oil may cause surface color variation; apply a thin layer of edible oil to restore appearance
