Avoid harsh scourers. – Routine Cleaning: After cooking, do not pour cold water into a hot pan. Wait until it cools, remove all food and fat residue using hot, soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Heat tints or streak marks may appear if the pan is exposed to excessive heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda with water to create a paste. Apply with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse as normal. – While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the pan’s life.
