You can earn up to 3,000 Bonus Velocity Points when you link your Velocity membership number to your Inspiring Vacations account and opt in to Inspiring Vacations marketing and select at least one of the following email categories: Events, Inspiring Content, Cruise, New Releases or Promotions.

The Bonus Velocity Points are awarded as follows:

● 1,000 Velocity Points, 30 days after linking your accounts, and

● An additional 500 Velocity Points at 90, 180, 270 and 365 days after linking your account (500 Points at each 90, 180, 270 and 365 day interval, provided your accounts remain linked and you remain opted into Inspiring Vacations marketing), totalling up to 2,000 additional Velocity Points.

You must keep your accounts linked, remain opted in to Inspiring Vacations marketing for the full 12 month period and have selected at least one email category to receive the total 3,000 bonus Velocity Points.
This offer is available to Velocity Members who link their Inspiring Vacations and Velocity accounts between 14 April 2026 and 09 June 2026.

Eligibility for bonus Points is limited to Inspiring Vacations Australian store customers only.

Navigate to your Account and the Manage Profile section.

Go to the Linked Accounts section at the top of the page.

Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number in the field provided.

Ensure your First Name and Last Name match your passport/birth certificate and your Velocity account.

Once linked, your Velocity number will be associated with your Inspiring Vacations profile.

How to opt in to Inspiring Vacations marketing:

1.      Navigate to your Inspiring Vacations profile here

3.      Select at least one of the subscription categories labelled as “Marketing”. Marketing categories include Events, Inspiring Content, New Releases, Cruise and Promotions.

4.      Save your marketing category preferences.
Staying opted in to Inspiring Vacations marketing communications and keeping your accounts linked is required to continue receiving staged Velocity Points bonuses (at 90, 180, 270, and 365 days after linking). If you opt out at any stage, th Points will not be awarded.

You will earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on eligible Inspiring Vacations tour package products and services.
Velocity Points can be earned on eligible Inspiring Vacations tour packages, which Inspiring Vacations holiday, tour cruise package, products and services purchased through www.inspiringvacations.com/au from 14 April 2026 onwards, and subject to applicable exclusions.

How do I add my Velocity account to my Inspiring Vacations booking?

●     At the time of the booking

1.      Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer number in the Velocity Frequent Flyer field on the passenger details or payment page.

●     After booking creation

1.      Log in to your Inspiring Vacations account.

2.      Navigate to the My Bookings section of the Account and select the relevant booking.

3.      Go to Manage Booking and select Passenger Details.

4.      Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer number in the Velocity Frequent Flyer field in the lead passenger section.

5.      Select Validate to link the Velocity Frequent Flyer Account to the booking.

6.      Click Submit at the bottom of the form to save.

Retrospective claims for Velocity Points are not permitted.
Yes, you can add your Velocity membership number after booking, we recommend no later than 48 hours prior to your departure date. You must be the account holder and lead passenger on the booking.
No, Velocity Points cannot be earned retrospectively after your trip has started if your Velocity number hasn’t been linked before departure date.
Velocity Points will be allocated to your Velocity account 7 days after your departure date.

To earn Points, you must confirm you were the lead passenger, the account owner, and your Velocity membership number was linked to your Inspiring Vacations booking prior to your departure date (preferably 48 hours prior to travel).

Retrospective claims for Velocity Points are not permitted.
In most cases you can still earn Velocity Points if you make changes to your eligible booking, provided the following are met:

●     You remain the lead passenger on the booking

●     Your Velocity Frequent Flyer number remains linked to the booking

●     The booking remains active

●     Your original booking was made on or after the launch date (14 April 2026).

If your booking details change (such as passenger first or last name, travel dates, or room type), we recommend checking that your Velocity number is still correctly attached to the booking. Please visit the Manage Booking and Passenger Details sections of your Inspiring Vacations Account. If your saved Velocity number has been removed or is no longer present, please resubmit it.
Velocity Points will not be earned on:

●     the refundable portion of any cancelled or suspended bookings or component of a booking, whether refunded in cash or credit issued;

●     purchases made outside Inspiring Vacations booking channels (for example but not limited to, in room services, food, beverages, telephone or Wi-Fi);

●     any standalone flight bookings or purchases;

●     the purchase of an Inspiring Vacations gift card or any portion of a booking paid with an Inspiring Vacations Gift Card;

●     travel insurance (even if purchased as part of an eligible Inspiring Vacations tour package)

●     purchase of any financial products or services, including transaction fees

●     bookings made outside of www.inspiringvacations.com/au
You can redeem a minimum of 5,000 Velocity Points per payment transaction on eligible Inspiring Vacations tour package products and services via www.inspiringvacations.com/au
Velocity Points can be redeemed on eligible Inspiring Vacations tour packages, which are any Inspiring Vacations holiday, tour, cruise packages, products and services purchased through www.inspiringvacations.com/au from 14 April 2026 onwards, subject to applicable exclusions.
Velocity Points can only be redeemed by the lead passenger on the booking, and the lead passenger name on the booking must match the name on the Velocity membership account.
To redeem Velocity Points, you must:

● provide your valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking or when making a payment on the Inspiring Vacations website, and

● have a sufficient Velocity Points balance to make the redemption (the redemption rate will be published on the Inspiring Vacations website).

To redeem Velocity Points when making a new booking:

Proceed to the checkout payment page.

In the payment methods section, select "Velocity Points" and click "Log in to Velocity".

You will be redirected to the Velocity login page. Sign in with your Velocity Frequent Flyer credentials.

Once authenticated, you will be returned to the payment page and a confirmation prompt will appear displaying your name. Confirm that you are the lead passenger and that your Velocity Frequent Flyer account name matches the lead passenger name on the booking by selecting "Yes".

The system will check your Velocity Points balance. If you have enough Points (minimum 5,000 Points), the Points + Pay slider will appear.

Use the slider to choose how many Velocity Points you would like to redeem. As you adjust the slider, the remaining cash amount to pay will update in real time.

Once you are happy with the amount of Points to redeem, click "Proceed with booking" to complete your booking.

Your booking confirmation will display the number of Velocity Points redeemed. Any outstanding balance on your invoice can then be paid using another payment method.

To redeem Velocity Points on an existing booking:

Log in to your Inspiring Vacations account and navigate to your booking invoice.

Select "Velocity Points" as your payment method and click "Log in to Velocity".

Sign in with your Velocity Frequent Flyer credentials.

If prompted, confirm you are the lead passenger and that your Velocity Frequent Flyer account name matches the lead passenger name.

Use the slider to choose how many Points you would like to redeem towards your outstanding balance, then proceed with the payment.

You can redeem Velocity Points any time you make a payment on the Inspiring Vacations website, even if you did not redeem Velocity Points on the initial payment when making your booking.
You can make a payment using ‘Points plus Pay’, where you redeem some (minimum 5,000) Velocity Points and pay the remaining amount for that payment in cash or credit that has been issued by Inspiring Vacations.
Velocity Points redeemed to make a booking are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled or refunded.

However, if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and you are eligible for a refund under Inspiring Vacations policies or applicable law, your Velocity Points may be refunded to your Velocity account.

If a booking is cancelled, postponed or changed and credit is issued by Inspiring Vacations, that credit can be used towards future eligible tour package products and services and could earn Velocity Points.

If a booking that has been paid for using Velocity Points is cancelled, postponed, or changed outside of the timeframe specified above, the Inspiring Vacations cancellation and refund policy will apply. In such cases, a credit may be issued, less any unrecoverable costs.
Velocity Points cannot be redeemed for:

●     bookings made through a third party travel agent or any booking channel other than booking direct with Inspiring Vacations via the website www.inspiringvacations.com/au or with an Inspiring Vacations Team Member.

●     any additional incidentals or purchases made outside of Inspiring Vacations booking channels, whether at your destination or directly with a hotel or third party, (for example but not limited to, in room services, food, beverages, telephone or Wi-Fi or in-room services).

●     Any standalone flight bookings or purchases

●     the purchase of an Inspiring Vacations gift card or any portion of a booking paid with an Inspiring Vacations Gift Card

●     travel insurance (even if purchased as part of an eligible Inspiring Vacations tour package)

●     Purchase of any financial products or services, including transaction fees

●     Bookings made outside of www.inspiringvacations.com/au
You must be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member and be Lead Passenger on the Inspiring Vacations booking to be eligible to earn and redeem Velocity Points. Travellers who wish to earn Points, must make individual bookings.

*Up to 3,000 bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points with Inspiring Vacations

During the promotional period of 5.00PM AEST 14 April 2026 and 11.59PM AEST 9 June 2026 (“Offer Period”) Velocity Members can earn up to 3,000 bonus Velocity Points when they complete the following actions:

a) link their existing Inspiring Vacations and Velocity accounts or sign up for a new Inspiring Vacations account and then link it to their Velocity account;
b) opt-in and remain opted in to receive Inspiring Vacations marketing communications and select at least one marketing email preference category from the following categories: Events, Inspiring Content, Cruise, New Releases or Promotions; and
c) maintain account linkage and remain opted-in to Inspiring Vacations marketing communications for the durations specified below.

a) log in to your Inspiring Vacations account at inspiringvacations.com.

d) click “Validate” and save to link your Velocity membership against the account.

Velocity Members who meet the above eligibility criteria will be awarded up to 3,000 bonus Velocity Points as follows:

a) 1,000 Velocity Points after their Velocity and Inspiring Vacations accounts have been linked for 30 days;
b) an additional 500 Velocity Points at each 90, 180, 270 and 365 day interval after initial account linkage (500 Points at day 90, 500 Points at day 180, 500 Points at day 270 and the final 500 Points at day 365), provided the Velocity Member has maintained a continuous link between their accounts and remains opted-in to Inspiring Vacations marketing for the entire period from initial account linking up to each relevant interval; and
c) a Velocity Member must maintain linked accounts and remain opted-in to Inspiring Vacations marketing for 365 days after initial account linkage for the full allocation of 3,000 bonus Points to be awarded.

Velocity Frequent Flyer members (“Velocity Members”) can earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on Eligible Tour Packages that are booked through an Inspiring Vacations booking channel by:

booking in their name as the “lead passenger”; and
at the time of booking or after booking creation (but no later than the booking departure date), providing their valid Velocity membership number via their Inspiring Vacations member account or by contacting the Inspiring Vacations Customer Success team on 1300 88 66 88 or email at support@inspiringvacations.com (the name on the Velocity account must match the name of the lead passenger).

Eligible Tour Packages must be purchased through https://www.inspiringvacations.com/au, effective 5.00PM 14 April 2026 onwards and are subject to any applicable exclusions. If an Eligible Tour Package is cancelled and a Velocity Member is entitled to a credit from Inspiring Vacations in respect of the cancelled booking, Velocity Points will be earned when the credit is used on a subsequent Eligible Tour Package (and not at the time of cancellation). Velocity Points will not be earned if the credit is not used, is forfeited or expires.

If a Velocity Member redeems Velocity Points to pay for part of an Eligible Tour Package (“Points plus Pay”), the cash component of the booking will earn Velocity Points. For the avoidance of doubt, Velocity Points are not earned on any portion of the booking paid using redeemed Velocity Points.

Velocity Points will be allocated to an eligible Velocity Member within 7 days of the departure date of their Eligible Tour Package booking. Velocity Points will be awarded to the ‘lead passenger’ and no other travellers on a booking are entitled to receive any Velocity Points. Retrospective Claims for Velocity Points are not permitted.

“Eligible Tour Package” means any Inspiring Vacations holiday, tour, cruise or accommodation package, or any holiday, tour, cruise or accommodation product or service (including flights that are included in or booked as part of the package, product or service), other than an Excluded Earn Transaction.

“Excluded Earn Transaction” means:

any cancelled, suspended or refunded bookings or components of bookings (except where a Velocity member is entitled to a credit issued by Inspiring Vacations on a cancelled eligible booking, in which case Velocity Points will be earned when the credit is used on another eligible booking);
any incidentals or purchases made outside the Inspiring Vacations booking channel, for example, in room movie services, food and beverage at the destination, telephone and/or additional Wi-Fi services;
a transaction where Velocity Points are redeemed in full for an eligible booking (for clarity, where a booking is made using ‘Points plus Pay’, Velocity Points will be earned on any cash component or component paid using a cancelled travel credit issued by Inspiring Vacations);
any standalone flight bookings or purchases;
the purchase of an Inspiring Vacations gift card, or any portion of a booking paid for with an Inspiring Vacations gift card;
purchase of travel insurance (whether purchased as part of an eligible tour package or individually); and
purchase of any financial product, financial service or banking product or service.

To earn Velocity Points you must be a Velocity Member. Velocity membership and this offer are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. All bookings are subject to the Inspiring Vacations Terms and Conditions. This Offer and these Terms and Conditions may be changed, updated, suspended or terminated at any time.

^{^}Velocity Frequent Flyer and Inspiring Vacations Redeem Terms & Conditions

Velocity Frequent Flyer members (“Velocity Members”) can redeem a minimum of 5,000 Velocity Points (per payment transaction) on Inspiring Vacations Eligible Tour Packages. To be eligible to redeem Velocity Points, a Velocity Member must:

be named as the “lead passenger” in an Eligible Tour Package booking; and
provide their valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking, or after booking creation (for a payment) via their Inspiring Vacations member account (the name on the Velocity account must match the name of the lead passenger).

Eligible Tour Packages must be purchased through https://www.inspiringvacations.com/au, effective 5.00PM 14 April 2026 onwards and are subject to any applicable exclusions. The applicable redemption rate will be published by Inspiring Vacations. Points cannot be redeemed when a booking is made through a third party travel agent. When a booking is made through an Inspiring Vacations team member, Velocity Points can be redeemed by the customer via the Inspiring Vacations invoice. All redemptions must be made online directly by the Velocity Member.

Velocity Members must have a sufficient Velocity Points balance for the redemption. Velocity Members must pay the retail price for the Eligible Tour Package at the time of purchase.

Payments can be made by redemption of Velocity Points for the full or instalment amount or, if applicable, by using ’Points plus Pay’ to redeem some Velocity Points and make a cash payment for the remaining amount due. When redeeming a ‘Points plus Pay’ booking, initial and future instalment payments made in cash or credit issued by Inspiring Vacations, must be paid in-line with the products payment schedule.

Velocity Points redeemed to pay for an Eligible Tour Package booking are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation of the booking, unless otherwise stated below or as required by law. If a Velocity member cancels the Eligible Tour Package booking within 7 days of purchase and is entitled to a full refund in accordance with the Inspiring Vacations cancellation and refund policy or is entitled to a refund under applicable laws, the applicable refunded amount will be refunded to the associated Velocity membership account.

If a booking or component of a booking paid for using Velocity Points is cancelled, suspended, or changed outside of the timeframe specified above, the Inspiring Vacations cancellation and refund policy will apply, and in such cases, a credit or reimbursement may be issued, less any unrecoverable costs.

“Excluded Redemption Transaction” means:

any additional incidentals or purchases made outside of Inspiring Vacations’ booking channels (whether made at the relevant destination, or direct with a hotel or any associated third party travel agent partner). For example, in room movie services, food and beverage at the destination, telephone and/or additional Wi-Fi services;
any standalone flight bookings or purchases;
the purchase of an Inspiring Vacations gift card;
the purchase of travel insurance (whether purchased as part of an eligible tour package or individually); and
the purchase of any financial product, financial service or banking product or service.

To redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and this offer are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
