Velocity will be opening 3 pop-up stores across Australia each for 1 day only! At each 1 Point Reward store expect a live DJ, goodies, interactive displays, and most importantly hundreds of rewards to redeem - all for just 1 Velocity Point.

Get ready for 1 Point Rewards

Here are the must-dos before heading to the event:
 
  • Be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Become a Velocity member now by joining online or via the Velocity app. An open account that is not suspended or closed is required to participate.
  • Have a mobile device with the Velocity app downloaded. You will need to present your app at the event to confirm some details with our team. Download the Velocity app now if you don't have it yet.
  • Have a minimum balance of 1 Velocity Point. You will be asked to show your Points balance via the Velocity app at the event. Find ways to earn Points to get yourself ready!

*1 Point Rewards

Velocity members can obtain selected products through the Velocity 1 Point Reward event stores for 1 Velocity Point (a 1 Point Reward) which will be held at selected Australian locations (capital cities) for 1 day only per location. 1 Point Reward locations to be announced via Velocity Frequent Flyer social media channels. 1 Point Rewards will only be made available at select locations during the opening hours on the specified dates, for a limited time or until sold out prior. 1 Point Rewards are extremely limited and subject to availability.

Rewards redeemed will be subject to additional T&Cs. Velocity members who choose to obtain a 1 Point Reward will have 1 Velocity Point deducted from their Velocity membership account. Velocity members are limited to redeeming only one 1 Point Reward redemption per Velocity member per event.  Velocity membership and additional T&Cs apply.

 Flight Certificates obtained as a 1 Point Reward are valid for 18 months from issue. Velocity members who are Virgin Australia Group employees or contractors, and their respective immediate families, are eligible to obtain 1 Point Rewards. This offer and the 1 Point Rewards are subject to additional terms and conditions, including the Virgin Australia Conditions of Carriage and fare rules, the Velocity Reward Store terms and conditions, the Velocity Membership terms and conditions, and individual product terms and conditions.
