Important information about your Velocity account

Web & app outage between 11pm 17 Nov AEDT – 6am 21 Nov AEDT

The Velocity website and app will be undergoing maintenance between:

11pm Thursday 17 November AEDT to 6am Monday 21 November 2022 AEDT.

During this time you won’t be able to:

  • Log into your Velocity account and view your membership details
  • Change your password
  • Redeem your Velocity Points or transfer points to your Velocity account; or
  • Link your Velocity account to one of our partners.

If you have a flight within the next 48 hours, you can check in now via the Velocity and Virgin Australia websites or apps.

If you need your Velocity membership number for any other upcoming flights with Virgin Australia or one of our Partner Airlines, we recommend that you save your number to your phone as a contact or download your digital card to your digital wallet if you haven’t already done so.
