Each activation is valid for one transaction. You may need to activate again via the Velocity e-Store if you want to make another purchase immediately.

Velocity Shop & Earn makes it easy to check if you can earn Points shopping with hundreds of brands online.
When you Google or visit participating partner sites, we’ll let you know you can earn Points.
So watch for a helpful message in your Google search results or a notification when you visit a participating partner store.
You'll see an 'activated' message on the Shop & Earn notifier if your offer is activated. You can also check the browser extension button in your Chrome toolbar — it'll change from grey to red with a green activated indicator. Clicking this will also show you whether or not your offer is activated.
Pin Velocity Shop & Earn to your Chrome browser so you can always see if you’ve activated the offer on participating partner stores.
Transactions will appear in your Velocity eStore purchase history as 'Pending' within one working day. It may take up to five working days for international retailer transactions.
You can access your Purchase History by logging in to the Velocity e-Store
You’ll also get an email within seven days to advise that your Points are pending.
Most eligible transactions are approved within 30 days. This is because we need to confirm your purchases with the retailer.
During this time your transaction will appear in your Velocity e-Store Purchase history as Pending. Once confirmed it will be marked as approved and your Points will be added to your Velocity account and member statement.

We love Points and great deals too! Unfortunately, If you attempt to use multiple extensions, eStore, or Cashback offers at the same time, you may not earn Velocity Points, and you could delay any Points earnings.
The best way to avoid disappointment is to only activate Velocity Points earning offers.
If you’ve activated another offer or followed a link from another loyalty or cashback website, we recommend you search for the brand on the Velocity e-Store and click the ‘Shop now’ button for the best chance of earning Velocity Points.
There are two possibilities. It takes up to five working days for a purchase to display as ‘Pending’ and up to 30 days on average for Velocity Points to be credited to your account.
Alternatively, it may be that at the time of purchase, your internet browser cookies were disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase; without them, the system cannot allocate Points to your account. Read more about cookies.
If none of the above applies and you would like further help, you can reach out via an e-Store missing Points claim.
Absolutely! If you no longer want notifications that you can earn Velocity Points when you visit participating partner websites, you can remove the Velocity Shop & Earn extension from Chrome.
Simply access the Chrome extensions menu via the puzzle piece icon, click the three dots next to Velocity Shop & Earn, and click remove extension.
Afterwards, you’ll be taken to a page where you can provide feedback to help us improve Velocity Shop & Earn for other members.

Velocity Shop & Earn is a Google Chrome browser extension (Shop & Earn) that allows Velocity Members to earn Velocity Points when purchasing eligible products with participating retailers. To earn Velocity Points, Velocity Members must: 1. use Google Chrome on a desktop computer, 2. have successfully downloaded and installed Shop & Earn, 3. have logged into their Velocity account through the extension, 4. purchase eligible products with participating retailers on the Velocity e-Store, and 5. ensure to keep their Velocity e-Store session activated through the use of Shop & Earn (please keep Velocity membership numbers and passwords private and safe).
Please ensure that cookies are turned on in Google Chrome to ensure that Velocity Points can be awarded. Cookies are used during an active session in the Velocity e-Store using Shop & Earn for authentication and tracking purposes, and purchases are reported between the relevant retailer, Velocity and Collinson Group Pty Ltd ACN 083 835 661 (which provides the Velocity e-Store).
Velocity Members will be notified by email within 7 working days of the date of purchase whether the purchase is eligible to earn Velocity Points. Once a purchase has been approved by the retailer, Velocity Points will be credited to the Member’s Velocity account (usually within 37 working days of the purchase). The process of approving purchases and awarding Velocity Points is at the discretion of the retailer. Velocity may cancel any allocation of Velocity Points or can reverse any allocated Velocity Points if it is advised that: 1. the Member has cancelled the relevant purchase or returned the products, 2. an invalid e-Voucher or payment method was used at point of sale, 3. applicable purchase conditions are not satisfied (e.g. purchase invalid or ineligible), or 4. the retailer cancelled a purchase transaction (for instance due to product availability or any fraudulent behaviour by the Velocity Member).
