*November 2025 Transfer Offer Campaign Terms and Conditions

Velocity Members (Members) will receive: 

• 15% bonus Velocity Points when they manually transfer eligible points from Participating Partners to Velocity into Velocity Points at least once each calendar month, for two consecutive months, between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Members must initiate a points transfer in each of the two calendar months to meet the offer requirements.

• Or alternatively, Members will receive 20% bonus Velocity Points when they opt in to Auto Transfer on their eligible credit card with their Participating Partner during the “Promotion Period” and automatically transfer points from their Participating Partner to their Velocity account during the Promotion Period. Members must remain opted into Auto Transfer up to the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive the 20% bonus Velocity Points. 

Minimum points transfer required, transferred in each transaction. A Velocity Member can transfer multiple times during the Promotion Period.  
  
“Participating Partners” for Manual Transfers are: Australian American Express Card Members enrolled in the Membership Rewards program (this offer excludes American Express New Zealand Card Members), ANZ Rewards, ANZ Business Rewards, Commbank Awards, Westpac Altitude Rewards, NAB Rewards, HSBC (Platinum and Premier credit card holders),  St.George Amplify Rewards, BankSA Amplify Rewards and Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards.   
  
“Participating Partners” for Auto Transfers are: ANZ Rewards, ANZ Business Rewards, NAB Rewards, St.George Amplify Rewards, BankSA Amplify Rewards and Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards.   
  
Velocity members already opted into auto-redemption or auto-sweep programs with ANZ Rewards, ANZ Business Rewards, NAB Rewards, St.George Amplify Rewards, BankSA Amplify Rewards and Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards as of 11.59pm AEST 31 October 2025  are not eligible to receive the bonus Velocity Points for Auto Transfers made under this offer. The earning and redemption of Participating Partner points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Participating Partner reward program. Once the Participating Partner points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred Velocity Points will be available in your Velocity account subject to the applicable Participating Partner points transfer timeframes. Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the accumulated total number of base Velocity Points transferred to the Velocity account in accordance with the offer and which arrive in the Member’s account in the Promotion Period. American Express Offer Terms & Conditions  

For Amex Membership Rewards Ascent, Premium Ascent, Gateway, New Corporate Ascent and Business Ascent enrolled Card Members

To receive 15% bonus Velocity Points, the Primary American Express Australia Card Member must:

i. be enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards Ascent, Premium Ascent, Gateway, New Corporate Ascent or Business Ascent Membership Rewards Program;

ii. be a member in the Velocity Frequent Flyer program, and

iii. transfer a minimum of 2,000 Membership Rewards points (or 1,998 Membership Rewards points for Business Ascent) from their relevant American Express Membership Rewards Program into their Velocity Frequent Flyer account at least once between 12:01am (AEDST) 1 November 2025 and 11:59pm (AEDST) 30 November 2025 and at least once between 12:01am (AEDST) 1 December 2025 and 11:59pm (AEDST) 31 December 2025. Make sure your name on your Velocity account matches your name on your eligible American Express Card.

This offer excludes American Express New Zealand Card Members. A Primary Card Member can redeem this bonus Points offer multiple times throughout the Promotion Period. The bonus Velocity Points will be calculated as 15% of the base number of Velocity Points the relevant Card Member is entitled to receive when they transfer Membership Rewards points to Velocity Points during the Promotion Period.

Once the Membership Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred Velocity Points will take up to 1 business day to be available in your Velocity Frequent Flyer Account. Bonus Velocity Points will be administered by Velocity Frequent Flyer which may take up to 6 weeks to transfer into your Velocity Membership Account. Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the total number of Membership Rewards points transferred to the Velocity Account (as converted to Velocity Points) in accordance with the offer.

To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

ANZ Rewards Offer Terms & Conditions

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other bonus Points offers provided by Velocity Frequent Flyer. If you receive bonus Velocity Points as part of an ANZ Rewards Platinum acquisition offer during the Promotion Period, you will not be eligible to receive bonus Points as part of this offer on any points transferred from ANZ Rewards. ANZ Reward Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions booklet (PDF) .and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. To redeem ANZ Reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both an ANZ Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. To be eligible for this offer, a minimum of 2,000 ANZ Reward Points is required for any redemption and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points. Individuals who had Auto-Transfer turned on for Velocity Points as at 11.59pm AEST on 31 October 2025 are ineligible for the Auto Transfer offer. The redemption of Points will be administered solely by Amplify Rewards and will take up to 3 business days for your new Velocity Points to reach your Velocity membership account from the date of redemption. CommBank Awards Terms & Conditions

Velocity members will receive 15% bonus Velocity Points when they manually transfer CommBank Awards points to Velocity into Velocity Points at least once each calendar month, for two consecutive months, between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Individuals must be a CommBank Awards cardholder and Velocity member to redeem this offer. Membership of CommBank Awards is subject to the CommBank Awards Program Terms and Conditions. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, available at Velocity website. The redemption of CommBank Awards points will be administered solely by CommBank Awards and in accordance with the CommBank Awards Program Terms and Conditions. Redemptions may take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. When converting CommBank Awards Points to Velocity Points, members must convert in increments of 2 Awards points in order to convert to whole Velocity Points. Points can only be transferred to a Velocity account in the exact same name as the primary cardholder of the CommBank Awards account. Points transferred to Velocity and membership of Velocity is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. Once CommBank Awards points have been converted to Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed or converted back to CommBank Awards. Commonwealth Bank of Australia ABN 48 123 123 124 and Australian credit licence 234945 is the issuer of CommBank Awards cards.

HSBC Rewards Plus Terms & Conditions

Redemption of HSBC Points for Velocity Points is only available to HSBC credit card holders enrolled in HSBC Rewards Plus. 1 Velocity Point will be earned for every 2 HSBC Rewards Plus Points transferred. A minimum Points transfer requirement applies; members must transfer in blocks of 5,000 or 10,000 HSBC Rewards Plus Points. The earning and redemption of HSBC Rewards Plus Points is subject to the HSBC Rewards Plus terms and conditions, available at the HSBC website. To redeem HSBC Rewards Plus Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity member. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of HSBC Rewards Points will be administered solely by HSBC and may take up to 15 working days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. Once HSBC Rewards Plus Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be cancelled or reversed. Credit cards provided by HSBC Bank Australia Limited ABN 48 006 434 162 Australian Credit Licence 232595.

NAB Rewards Terms & Conditions 

If you receive the Acquisition Bonus Points for a new NAB Rewards card during the Promotion Period, you will not be eligible to receive bonus Velocity Points as part of this offer on any points transferred from NAB Rewards.  
  
Once you opt in to Auto Redemption your entire accumulated Points balance on your enrolled NAB Rewards Card, as at the time of transfer, will be automatically transferred to your nominated Velocity Frequent Flyer account at the relevant NAB Reward Points transfer rate for that card each week. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 2 NAB Reward Points.  
  
To redeem NAB Rewards Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both a NAB Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions. Once NAB Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions and the redemption cannot be reversed. 
  
Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the accumulated total number of base Velocity Points transferred to the Velocity account in accordance with the offer and which arrive in the Member's account in the Promotion Period. Bonus Points will be allocated to the Member's Velocity account by 31 January 2026. Bonus Points will be rounded to the nearest whole Point (no fractional points are allocated). 1 Velocity Point will be earned for every 2 NAB Rewards Points transferred. All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity membership Terms & Conditions. The earning and redemption of NAB Rewards Points is subject to the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions. You must transfer a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points to Velocity in one transaction, with additional increments in multiples of 500 Altitude Points at a time. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 3 Altitude Points. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of the transfers. You will not receive Altitude Points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Once Altitude Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed.
