Choice Privileges Terms & Conditions
You must be a member of Velocity Frequent Flyer to transfer Choice Privileges points to your Velocity account. The minimum transferable amount is 2,000 Choice Privileges points per conversion, which is equivalent to 800 Velocity Points. Members can move Choice Privileges points in 2,000 point increments. You can transfer your Choice Privileges points online or by calling the Choice Service Center and providing your Velocity membership number. Velocity Points cannot be exchanged for Choice Privileges points. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for the Points to be allocated to your Velocity account. Changes, re-issuance or re credit of Choice Privileges points are not allowed once you have made a request to transfer Choice Privileges points to Velocity. Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions

Velocity members will receive 15% bonus Velocity Points when they transfer at least 10,000 Hilton Honors Points into Velocity Points in one transaction between 12:01am (AEST) 1 May 2023 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 May 2023 (“Promotion Period”). To convert your Hilton Honors Points into Velocity Points please contact your local Hilton Honors Customer Care Centre or perform the transfer as follows:

     1. Log into your Hilton Honors account here
     2. Under ‘Points’, scroll down to ‘Do more with your Points’ and select ‘Exchange Points’
     3. Select ‘Use Points to get miles’ and select “Virgin Australia’ from the drop-down menu as your Travel Partner
     4. Choose the amount of Hilton Honors Points you wish to exchange

The minimum transferrable amount is 10,000 Hilton Honors Points per conversion. Transfers can only be made in increments of 10,000 Hilton Honors Points. Please allow 30 to 60 days from the point of the transfer request being made for the points to be processed. Transfers must be made to a Velocity Frequent Flyer account that is in the same name as the Hilton Honors member account that the points are being transferred from.
