How to transfer

You can convert the points earned on your eligible Suncorp Bank credit cards to Velocity Points via your Suncorp Bank account.

  • Log in to your Suncorp Bank Internet Banking
  • Choose Go to Credit Card Services
  • Select Rewards and hit Enter Rewards. You will be asked to enter an OTP.
  • Head to the Points Transfer menu under the Travel tab and select Velocity Frequent Flyer.
  • Select the number of points you’d like to move & enter your Velocity number.  A minimum of 25,000 Suncorp Bank Rewards points per transfer applies
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions and hit Transfer Points, then review & confirm.

The earning and redemption of Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards points is subject to the Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Minimum of 25,000 Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards points per transfer applies. To redeem Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity member and have advised Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Cards of their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number prior to redemption. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder's responsibility and is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards points will be administered solely by Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Cards and may take up to 28 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. Once Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed. National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 230686) (“NAB”) is the credit provider and issuer of Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Cards and the provider of the rewards program in these terms and conditions. Suncorp Bank (Norfina Limited ABN 66 010 831 722) promotes and distributes Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Cards on NAB's behalf under an agreement with NAB. NAB has acquired the business relating to this credit from Citigroup Pty Limited (ABN 88 004 325 080, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 238098) (“Citi”) and has appointed Citi to assist to administer the Credit Cards.
