*Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the interview. By participating in the interview, you agree with these terms and conditions and any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers incorporated into the interview (“Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the interview.
The interview contains information and material from Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd (ABN 60 601 408 824) of Level 11, 275 Grey St, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101 and its related bodies corporate (collectively, “Velocity”, “we”, “us” and “our”).
1. Selection of participants
Participants will be selected by Velocity at its sole discretion.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the interview.
2. Location of interview
Interviews will be conducted in person at a location of your choice in your home city of Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne for approximately one (1) hour by or on behalf of Velocity.
You are responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by you in connection with your participation in the interview.
3. Gift card
You will receive a $50 gift card upon successful completion of the interview. You must participate in the interview to the best of your ability and answer all questions prior to and during the interview accurately and to the best of your ability, and accurately represented yourself and your experience. Apart from receiving a $50 gift card, you agree that you will not be entitled to any remuneration, fees, royalties, costs, expenses or other payments in connection with your interview, including your responses or contributions to that interview.
There is a limit of one gift card per participant per interview. Gift cards are subject to their own term and conditions, and are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and not for re-sale.
4. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the interview will be used for the purpose of improving and optimising Virgin Australia Group’s products and services, and otherwise in accordance with the Velocity Privacy Policy.
5. Participation rules
When participating in interviews, you must not:
- provide any material that infringes or violates another person's rights, including intellectual property rights, or privacy, or misuses confidential information;
- post or discuss the Services or any information or other material on a forum or survey on any other service or media (for example, on social media, a website or a newspaper);
- impersonate another person or use another person's Velocity membership;
- misrepresent a relationship with any person or organisation;
- participate in the interview if you have or could be perceived to have a conflict of interest; or
- do anything that is unlawful in any way.
6. Your contributions
We may ask you to provide us some information about you and your opinions to help us verify your identity, conduct research activities, improve our products and services and to help administer the Services.
By providing your information, opinions and other materials, you are granting us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display such information, opinions and materials for these purposes.
We may use your survey responses in conjunction with other user and customer information that we hold. This will be for research purposes only to help improve our products and services. Survey results will be grouped together with those of other respondents who have completed the same survey and will be used in aggregated, de-identified format only.
7. Confidential information
You acknowledge and agree that all information and material made available to you through the Services, including without limitation all information in relation to Velocity Frequent Flyer or its products and services, the content of any forum (including user posts) and the content of any survey, is our valuable confidential information. You agree to only use our confidential information for the purpose of using the Services and must not use our confidential information for any other purpose without our prior written consent. You must not divulge, communicate or directly or indirectly disclose or assist in the disclosure of that confidential information to any third party.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
You must not use the Services in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person. Our name and logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent. All materials displayed on or available through our websites or mobile apps, including without limitation all names, logos, data, information, graphics, videos, software, technology or processes (“Materials”) are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The Materials are owned by us or third parties and are available for your personal use only. You must not copy, modify, alter, download, store, publish, transmit, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any Materials unless expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions or with our prior written permission. Downloading Materials from our websites or mobile apps does not transfer any right in or ownership of such Materials to you. Downloaded Materials must be used solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not remove any copyright and other proprietary notices from the Materials.
