2,000 bonus Velocity Points Terms and Conditions

This offer is valid for select Velocity members only. Velocity members will earn 2,000 bonus Velocity Points when they earn Points on eligible purchases at 7-Eleven or earn Points at the Velocity e-Store or transfer points from Flybuys to Velocity between 12:00am AEDT 31 March 2023 and 11:59pm AEDT 17 April 2023 (Promotion Period). This offer is not transferrable, only the member directly contacted by Velocity Frequent Flyer with this email will receive the 2,000 bonus Points if they earn Velocity Points from the selected partners in the Promotion Period. The 2,000 bonus Velocity Points will be allocated up to 37 days after the Promotion Period. To earn Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member. Velocity Frequent Flyer members can earn Velocity Points on Eligible Purchases at 7-Eleven stores by either (i) linking their Velocity account to the My 7-Eleven app and scanning their linked ‘My Card’ within the My 7-Eleven app at the time of making an Eligible Purchase or (ii) swiping/scanning their physical Velocity Membership Card/My Velocity Digital Card at time of eligible purchase. 
Eligible Purchases are purchases at 7-Eleven stores made using an Eligible Payment Method, other than purchases of Excluded Products. Excluded Products include tobacco, prepaid transport tickets, mobile phone products, gift cards and vouchers, parcel and hire services, purchases made online or via any home delivery services platform, and other excluded purchases specified in the Partnership Terms and Conditions. An Eligible Payment Method is any payment method other than: 7-Eleven Fuel Pass, any fleet card, Motorpass, vouchers, free offers or any other excluded payment method specified in the Partnership Terms and Conditions as ineligible for Velocity Points. Velocity members earn the following Velocity Points on Eligible Purchases at 7-Eleven: 2 Velocity Points per 1 litre of Mobil Extra 95 and Mobil Supreme+ 98 (Premium Fuel); 1 Velocity Point per 1 litre of any other fuel sold at 7-Eleven; and 2 Velocity Points per $1 (including GST) spent on Eligible Purchases.
The exact number of Points to be awarded will be calculated after excluding any products or services which form part of a transaction which are not Eligible Purchases. The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the relevant Points earn rate to the actual number of litres of fuel purchased and the purchase price paid for in-store Eligible Purchases, before rounding the combined Points up to a whole number. No fractional Points will be allocated. Retrospective claims for Points will not be accepted, even in case of technology malfunctions. Allow up to 24 hours after the purchase for Points to be allocated

To earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must be logged into the Velocity e-Store website (using their Velocity membership number and password) and access the retailer's website via the links from the Velocity e-Store. If you’ve linked your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership to your Flybuys account, you can choose to manually transfer a minimum of 1,000 Flybuys points at a time to receive 500 Velocity Points per 1,000 Flybuys points transferred to Velocity. Or, you can turn on Auto Transfer and if you choose to do this, your entire existing Flybuys points balance (to the highest multiple of 1,000 Flybuys points) will be automatically transferred to your linked Velocity account, and every 1,000 Flybuys points you subsequently collect will be automatically transferred into 500 Velocity Points. Only one Velocity membership can be linked to a Flybuys account at any one time. To turn on Auto Transfer, the full name and date of birth on your Flybuys account and linked Velocity membership must match. You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time at Flybuys.  Visit Flybuys to manually transfer your Flybuys points. Alternatively, to turn on Auto Transfer, sign in to your Flybuys account then turn your Auto Transfer preference to ‘On’. This selection will apply to all members under that specific Flybuys account. You can turn your Auto Transfer preference to ‘Off’ at any time and will still be able to manually transfer your Flybuys points to Velocity. Please allow up to 48 hours for Velocity Points to be credited to your linked Velocity account and for your Flybuys points balance to be updated. Once Flybuys points have been redeemed for Velocity Points they can’t be returned to your Flybuys account.
