*Double Sign-up Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions:

Offer available to New Account Holders who open a FleetCard Rewards+ account between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026. To qualify, New Account Holders must spend at least $500 on Eligible Fuel purchases using their FleetCard Rewards+ card within the first 2 months from account opening and meet the standard FleetCard Rewards+ Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions. Eligible fuel means any unleaded petrol fuels, E10 fuels and diesel fuels. New Account Holders who meet the offer requirements may receive a total sign-up bonus of 20,000 Bonus Velocity Points, which is 10,000 Bonus Velocity Points more than the standard 10,000 Bonus Velocity Points sign-up offer. The 20,000 Bonus Velocity Points is the total sign-up bonus available under this offer; New Account Holders will not receive the standard 10,000 Bonus Velocity Points in addition to this offer. This offer is subject to these Special Offer Terms, the FleetCard Rewards+ Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions, and the FleetCard Terms and Conditions.

Bonus Velocity points will be credited in the third month from account opening, provided the Account remains open for the first two months and the invoices for those first two months have been paid in full.

A New Account Holder is someone who has not held a Business Fuel Cards account at any time during the three (3) months immediately preceding the opening of the Account.

FleetCard Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions:

Offer Period

1. The offer commences from 12:01am (AEST) on 7 April 2026 and will remain open until 11:59pm (AEDT) 7 October 2026. Despite anything to the contrary, BFC and Velocity reserve the right to change or end this offer for any reason on reasonable notice at any time.

Capitalised terms in this Offer are defined in the ‘Definitions’ in clause 24.

Base Velocity Points (Ongoing Points earning - 1 Point per litre)

2. Account Holders who have signed up to FleetCard Rewards+ which includes the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer, and have linked their business’ Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their FleetCard account will earn 1 Velocity Point for every 1 litre of Eligible Fuel purchased using an eligible FleetCard Rewards+ card (Base Velocity Points Offer).

3. Eligible fuel means any unleaded petrol fuels, E10 fuels and diesel fuels.

4. The Base Velocity Points Offer is not valid on the purchase of LPG, Bulk Fuels (meaning petroleum products (such as diesel, unleaded petrol, aviation fuel, or similar) purchased and supplied in large commercial quantities, typically delivered by tanker to a designated storage facility or directly into equipment, vehicles, or tanks, under agreed terms regarding volume, price, and delivery schedule), Oils, Adblue, vehicle services or repairs, car wash, electric vehicle charging, roadside assistance, tolls or any other service or product other than fuel.

5. Base Velocity Points will be credited to the Account Holder’s linked Virgin Australia Business Flyer account in the month following the relevant fuel purchase, once the relevant invoice has been paid in full, provided that: (a) the Account Holder has complied with these Terms and the BFC Terms and Conditions from the purchase date until the Points are credited; and (b) the Account Holder’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account remains open and linked to their FleetCard account.

6. Account Holders with strategic pricing arrangements, wholesale agreements, or commercial contracts that specifically exclude loyalty program participation are not eligible to earn Velocity Points under these Terms. 

Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points (One time welcome bonus 10,000 Points)

7. New Account Holders who sign up for a FleetCard Rewards+ product which includes the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer, will be eligible for 10,000 Bonus Velocity Points, to be credited in the third month from account opening, provided the Account is an Eligible Account for the first two months and the invoices for those first two months have been paid in full and on time (Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer). Sign up bonus is not available to upgrading customers.

8. The Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer is limited to one per business entity or corporate group. Where BFC reasonably determines that multiple FleetCard accounts are held by the same entity, related entities, or entities under common ownership or control, only one account per entity/group is eligible for this Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer.

Milestone Bonus Velocity Points (Achievement bonus - up to 100,000 Points)

9. New Account Holders who sign up for a FleetCard Rewards+ product which includes the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer, are eligible to earn up to 100,000 Bonus Velocity Points over a 12 month period (Milestone Bonus Velocity Points Offer), as follows:

a. if, at the end of the first six months after Account opening, the Account Holder has purchased a total of between 6,000 and 11,999 litres of Eligible Fuel using the relevant FleetCard Rewards+ cards, and the Account has remained an Eligible Account throughout that six month period, the Account Holder will earn 25,000 Bonus Velocity Points;

b. if, at the end of the first six months after Account opening, the Account Holder has purchased a total of 12,000 litres or more of Eligible Fuel using the relevant FleetCard Rewards+ cards, and the Account has remained an Eligible Account throughout that six month period, the Account Holder will earn 50,000 Bonus Velocity Points;

c. if the Account Holder qualifies under paragraph 9(a), the Account Holder will earn a further 25,000 Bonus Velocity Points if the Account remains an Eligible Account throughout the second six months after Account opening; and

d. if the Account Holder qualifies under paragraph 9(b), the Account Holder will earn a further 50,000 Bonus Velocity Points if the Account remains an Eligible Account throughout the second six months after Account opening.

10. This Milestone Bonus Velocity Points Offer is limited to one per business entity or corporate group. Where BFC reasonably determines that multiple FleetCard accounts are held by the same entity, related entities, or entities under common ownership or control, only one account per entity/group is eligible for this bonus.

General Terms

1.     An account is an Eligible Account for the purpose of the Sign-Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer and the Milestone Bonus Velocity Points Offer if:

a.     the Account Holder has signed up for one or more FleetCard Rewards+ cards which include the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer;

b.     the FleetCard Account Holder has made at least one Eligible Fuel transaction in each month of the relevant offer period on any of the FleetCard Rewards+ cards issued in respect of the Account;

c.     the Account Holder has remained compliant with the BFC Terms and Conditions and BFC- Virgin Australia Business Flyer (Base Velocity Points and Bonus Velocity Points) Terms and Conditions (this document).

2.     These Terms are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with BFC’s General Terms and Conditions available at FleetCard Terms & Conditions. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the BFC General Terms and Conditions, these Terms prevail in respect of Velocity Points matters.

3.     Membership and Points earn are subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions. Participants may be required to accept the Virgin Australia Business Flyer terms and conditions prior to joining Virgin Australia Business Flyer, linking their existing Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their FleetCard account, or earning Velocity Points for their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account with BFC.

4.     Velocity Points are not redeemable for cash.

5.     In the event that BFC and/or Velocity reasonably believe that the Account Holder has used the FleetCard cards fraudulently or dishonestly, including but not limited to misuse of the Offer or false claims, BFC and Velocity may, in their sole discretion, refuse to grant the Account Holder any Velocity Points,reverse previously credited Velocity Points, or in BFC’s case, close the FleetCard account.

6.     Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, BFC and Velocity exclude all warranties and conditions except those expressly set out in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFC and Velocity will not be liable under these Terms for any consequential loss, special or indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.

7.     BFC and Velocity will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event, being any event beyond BFC's and/or Velocity’s reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, war, pandemic (including COVID-19), strikes, government actions, or failure of telecommunications or computer systems.

8.     Applications for FleetCard Rewards+ and other relevant FleetCard products will be subject to approval by BFC in accordance with the BFC Terms and Conditions. All Applications must satisfy the full information disclosure requirements as stated on the BFC Application form, in order to be eligible for approval. Processing of applications and credit approval may take up to four (4) weeks from the date of submission in some cases, subject to full information disclosure. If a business is not approved to become a BFC business customer by BFC, the business will be ineligible to participate in this Offer.

9.     To the extent permitted by law, all disputes regarding the Offer will be handled by BFC and/or Velocity in their sole discretion, and their decision will be final. In the event of a dispute, Participants must contact BFC and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the matter can’t be resolved, either party may refer the matter to a mediator.

10.     BFC collects, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at bfcards.com.au/privacy-policy/.

11.     If the Account Holder links their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership to their FleetCard account, BFC may share some of their personal information with Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and BFC may use the Account Holder’s personal information for purposes related to the linked accounts, including to:

a.     confirm that the Account Holder is a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member;

b.     link the Account Holder’s accounts; and

12.     Velocity and Virgin Australia Business Flyer will collect and handle collects and handles your personal information in accordance with the Virgin Australia Group  Privacy Policy.

13.     The Account Holder can de-link or manage their linked accounts at any time by contacting FleetCard customer support.

14.     Participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any costs associated with participating in the Offer, including but not limited to any applicable taxes or charges relating to Velocity Points earned or redeemed, costs of maintaining Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership, and telecommunications costs. Unless stated otherwise, all monetary references are to Australian dollars (AUD).

15.     In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

a.     "Account" means the account opened by BFC in the name of the Account Holder under the BFC Terms and Conditions;

b.     "Account Holder" means a person, company, corporation, firm or association who has entered into an agreement with BFC for FleetCard services and holds a FleetCard account;

c.     "BFC Terms and Conditions" means BFC's General Terms and Conditions available at www.bfcards.com.au, as amended from time to time;

d.     "Eligible Account" has the meaning set out in clause 11;

e.     "Eligible Fuel" means petrol and diesel fuels as specified in clause 3;

f.       "Fuel transaction" means any purchase of Eligible Fuel using a FleetCard Rewards+ card;

g.     "Participants" means Account Holders participating in the Offer;

h.     "Offer" means the FleetCard and Virgin Australia Business Flyer Velocity Points offer described in these Terms;

i.       "Terms" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time;

j.       "Velocity Points" means loyalty points earned under the Virgin Australia Business Flyer program.

17.     These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.

18.     By participating in the Offer, the Account Holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Points aren’t earned on certain fees, taxes, or charges.  Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions  apply. 

2. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

Business Fares:
VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%

Economy Fares:
VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%
VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%
VA Fare Classes O, N, V, P, Q, T, I and S: 0%

UA Business Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. 3. Fare Advantage Discounts: The Fare Advantage Discount of up to 6% applies to Flex and Business Class fares operated and marketed by Virgin Australia and is available to Virgin Australia Business Flyer members. The Fare Advantage Discount levels are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for current discount levels. Fare Advantage Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered self-ticketing Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. 4. Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).

5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 100 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. 

6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, they book and complete at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges). As a Pilot Gold member you will receive all Velocity Gold benefits, except for the following: a physical membership card, luggage tags, complimentary partner memberships, or the ability to access a membership Pause for parental leave.
