^{^}Velocity Frequent Flyer Runway to Rewards Offer refers to the following bonus Velocity Points offers (“Offer”):

1. 20,000 bonus Velocity Points,   
2. Double Velocity Points for 6 months (up to a maximum of 60,000 bonus Velocity Points), a bonus Velocity Points offer which doubles the Velocity Points earn rate for Velocity Points that satisfy the following eligibility conditions:
   •  Velocity Points must be earned using a card identified in these Terms and Conditions as a card eligible for the Offer ‘Eligible Card’, and this Eligible Card must be linked, and remain linked, to the cardholder’s Velocity Frequent Flyer account;
   • Velocity Points must be credited to the activity statement of your Velocity Frequent Flyer account during the six-month period from 1 October 2025 until 31 March 2026 (inclusive) and you are only eligible for bonus Velocity Points up to a maximum of 60,000 Velocity Points; and
   • Velocity Points earned through an acquisition bonus Points offer or any other bonus Points offer from a Charge Card issuer are not eligible for the bonus Velocity Points.

The Offer is limited to one Runway Upgrade per Eligible Card application. You must select one of the two available Runway Upgrade options identified in these Terms and Conditions. The Offer is available between 12:01am (AEST) 14 August 2025 and 11:59pm (AEST) 30 September 2025 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). To be eligible to receive either of the Runway Upgrade options available under the Offer, you must: 

1. be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member;
2. during the Promotion Period;
   • select one of the two available Runway Upgrade options by visiting here , prior to applying for an Eligible Card;
   • receive an email from Velocity Frequent Flyer to the email address nominated in your Velocity Frequent Flyer account confirming that the Runway Upgrade selection has been activated (‘Confirmation Email’); and
   • after receipt of the Confirmation Email, apply and be approved for an Eligible Card.
3. meet all required conditions relevant to your Eligible Card to receive the acquisition bonus Points offer from the Eligible Card issuer.

The selection of a Runway Upgrade option under the Offer is final and may not be changed once selected. Only one Runway Upgrade option is available per Eligible Card application during the Promotion Period. The Runway Upgrade options available under the Offer are separate from any bonus Points or other eligible offers from the Eligible Card issuer. The Runway Upgrade selection must be made prior to any new Eligible Card application by visiting here. The Offer is only available for new Eligible Card applications which are applied for and approved during the Promotion Period. Each Runway Upgrade option is subject to further terms and conditions as follows: 

20,000 bonus Velocity Points 

For an Eligible Card issued by American Express Company (‘American Express’) the 20,000 bonus Velocity Points will be allocated to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of you receiving the relevant eligible acquisition bonus Points associated with the individual card provided by the issuer of the Eligible Card. As long as your Velocity Frequent Flyer account remains active, the 20,000 bonus Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account in accordance with and subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions. 

Double Velocity Points for 6 months (up to a maximum of 60,000 bonus Velocity Points)

For an Eligible Card issued by American Express the bonus Velocity Points earn rate will be calculated based on the total number of Velocity Points that satisfy the following: a) Velocity Points you have received in your Velocity Frequent Flyer account from the use of your Eligible Card ,excluding any bonus Velocity Points earned from an acquisition bonus Points offer from an Eligible Card issuer, and  b) Velocity Points you have received in your Velocity Frequent Flyer account with a Velocity Frequent Flyer activity date between 1 October 2025 and 31 March 2026 (inclusive). The bonus Velocity Points awarded will be equal to the total number of Velocity Points that satisfy both a) and b) above, up to a maximum of 60,000 bonus Velocity Points. For the avoidance of doubt, the relevant date for the calculation of bonus Velocity Points is the date Velocity Points are credited into your Velocity Frequent Flyer account which may vary from the date Velocity Points may appear on the statement for your Eligible Card. The date of receipt of Velocity Points in your Velocity Frequent Flyer account will vary based on the statement cycle of the issuer of your Eligible Card. The bonus Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account by 30 April 2026. 

As long as your Velocity Frequent Flyer account remains active, the bonus Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account in accordance with and subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions. 

Eligible Card means:

1. This Charge Card, and the following benefit is provided by American Express Australia Limited (American Express) subject to their terms and conditions, see here for more details. Up to 51 days to pay for purchases: Depending upon when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued by American Express and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your Account from your previous statement period. If you pay by direct debit, your payment will be processed by American Express 10 days after your statement is issued. 

3. Velocity Points are earned in accordance with and subject to the Velocity American Express Cards Points Terms and Conditions, and exclusions apply. Eligible purchases do not include Card fees and charges, for example annual fees, interest, late payment, cash advances, balance transfers, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency conversion. These do not earn Velocity Points. For the full list of exclusions, please refer to the Velocity American Express Card Points Terms and Conditions available here. The earn rate of 2 Velocity Points per $1 spent on Virgin Australia only applies to purchases made in Australia. 

4. AccessLine: This information has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should read the AccessLine Terms and Conditions and consider the appropriateness of Australian domestic payments using AccessLine in relation to your individual requirements. AccessLine is not available to individual consumers. To enrol in this service, your business will be required to complete an application, which is subject to review and approval by American Express. ~Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. 6. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

Business Fares:
VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%

Economy Fares:
VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%
VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%

8. Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on  www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal). The Thrifty Virgin Australia Business Flyer benefits and Points earn offers may change without notice and are subject to the Thrifty Business Partner Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time and Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

9. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. 

10. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges).
