Triple Points on Virgin Australia Flights T&Cs
To be eligible for the Travel Tuesday triple Velocity Points promotion you must (1) Activate this offer through the activation link contained in this email between 12.01am AEST 2 December 2025 and 11.59pm AEST 4 December 2025 inclusive (Promotion Period); (2) after offer activation, book and ticket an Eligible Flight during the Promotion Period and enter a valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking; and (3) complete travel on the Eligible Flight booked during the Promotion Period. General Terms
These terms should be read with the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, Myer Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, Myer Returns Policy (“collectively Terms and Conditions”). Using Velocity Points at Myer (online or in-store) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Velocity Points can be redeemed online at myer.com.au and in-store at Myer. Velocity Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards or for phone orders. You can combine Velocity Points with other payment methods (e.g., credit or debit card, or an eligible gift card). Velocity Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Online Redemption
To redeem Velocity Points online with Myer, select Velocity Points as the payment method at checkout on myer.com.au. Enter your Velocity membership details and select the number of Velocity Points to use for your purchase using the slider.
You can redeem a minimum of 3,000 Velocity Points per transaction online with Myer. You cannot redeem more Velocity Points per transaction than your total purchase amount online with Myer.
In-Store Redemption
To redeem Velocity Points in-store with Myer, open Velocity Frequent Flyer app and create a QR code for your desired cash and Velocity Points value, then present the QR code at checkout in a participating Myer store. Each QR code is valid for 4 hours from creation and will expire after this time. You can only have one active QR code at a time and each QR code can only be used once. QR codes can be used in full or in part. Any unused QR code, or portion of a QR code, will not be deducted from your Velocity account. QR codes are non-transferable and screenshots of QR codes are not permitted.
Velocity Points will not be held or deducted from your Velocity account when you create a QR code. When you use the QR code for an in-store purchase, Velocity Points equivalent to the value of your QR code (as shown at the time of creation and on the POS screen at the checkout in-store at Myer, or the value of the portion of the QR code you have selected to use (as shown on the POS screen at the checkout in-store at Myer), will be deducted from your Velocity account. You must have sufficient Velocity Points in your account when creating the QR code and when using the QR code to make a purchase. You can redeem a minimum of 971 and a maximum of 971,874 Velocity Points per transaction in-store with Myer. You cannot redeem more Velocity Points than your total purchase amount.
Returns
Returns are subject to the Myer Returns Policy. The Myer Returns Policy (including the change of mind limits) and these Terms and Conditions, do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise as required by law.
For change of mind returns where Velocity Points were used, a Myer Returns Card will be issued for the Velocity Points portion (valid for three years from issue date). For legally entitled refunds (faulty goods, consumer guarantees), Velocity Points will be reinstated to your original Velocity account. Any remaining balance not paid by Velocity Points will be returned according to the Myer Returns Policy.

Myer and Velocity reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse, hold or assess the use, access or removal of Velocity Points, including in circumstances such as network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud (actual or suspected), or technical failure. Myer and Velocity reserve the right at any time, and without prior notice, to change these Terms and Conditions (including the qualifying goods and services) and to change, suspend or terminate the Velocity redemption at Myer program.
