*Zenith Payments (B2Bpay) & Virgin Australia Business Flyer Partner Terms and Conditions:

To earn Velocity Points for your business on eligible transactions with B2Bpay, new and existing customers must:  

1. sign up for a new B2Bpay account, or connect an existing B2Bpay account;
2. be, or apply to become, a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. If a B2Bpay customer is not already a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, they may apply to become a member at any time subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions and Velocity membership Terms & Conditions.

This offer is made by Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd ABN 60 601 408 824 (Velocity) and Zenith Payments Pty Ltd ABN 71 083 359 684 and is available for members of Virgin Australia Business Flyer (Members). Velocity has partnered with Zenith Payments Pty Ltd to enable businesses which are Members who connect their Velocity membership to their B2Bpay account to earn Velocity Points for their business to business payment transactions.

B2Bpay is owned and operated by Zenith Payments Pty Ltd (Zenith Payments), a leading payment processing business based in Balmain, Sydney. Payment processing and merchant acquiring facilities are provided by Westpac, American Express, and other leading financial institutions. More details about Zenith Payments.

A standard and tax-deductible credit card processing fee (from 1.1% excl. GST) or a bank account processing fee (from 0.65% excl. GST) applies to all payments, and the applicable fee will be displayed when you make a payment.

B2Bpay customers are eligible to earn up to 1 Velocity Point for every $1 paid to all payees paid via the B2Bpay platform (website), depending on the earn rate selected.

Points will be credited to the Members’ Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 30 days of a payment via the B2Bpay platform (website). Any queries in relation to Velocity Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing support@b2bpay.com.au. Businesses must ensure they have connected to Virgin Australia Business Flyer in the B2Bpay platform (website) in order to earn Velocity Points. 

To earn Velocity Points, your business must be a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. Membership and Velocity Points earn is subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the Member benefits and features, including Velocity Points earn with B2Bpay, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Velocity and Virgin Australia Business Flyer collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the Virgin Australia Group privacy statement and privacy policy.

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant B2Bpay account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the Member’s account within 30 days of completing the relevant earn activity.

Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Velocity membership Terms and Conditions apply.  B2Bpay products are issued by Zenith Payments and are subject to B2Bpay’s Terms and Conditions. Zenith Payments collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy located on the B2Bpay website (https://www.b2bpay.com.au/points/privacy-policy/). Zenith Payments is not responsible for the redemption of Points from Velocity.  Please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points. 

1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Points aren’t earned on certain fees, taxes, or charges.  Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions  apply. 

2. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

Business Fares:
VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%

Economy Fares:
VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%
VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%

Please check the Virgin Australia Business Flyer website for current discount levels. UA Business Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. If your TMC or travel agent is not registered to process these UA Business Discounts, please instruct your TMC or travel agent to contact the Virgin Australia Business Flyer team businessflyer@virginaustralia.com.

UA Business Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and cannot be combined with any other Unpublished Fares or Promotional Fares, unless otherwise stated. UA Business Discounts do not apply to any bookings made via the Virgin Australia conference and group travel area, sale fares or other tactical fares offered from time to time, and bookings for children and infants. 3. Fare advantage discounts: The Fare Advantage Discount of 4% applies to Flex fares operated and marketed by Virgin Australia and 6% applies to Business Class fares operated and marketed by Virgin Australia and is available to Virgin Australia Business Flyer members. The Fare Advantage Discount levels are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for current discount levels.  Fare Advantage Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered self-ticketing Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. If your TMC or travel agent is not registered to process Fare Advantage Discounts, please instruct your TMC or travel agent to contact the Virgin Australia Business Flyer team at businessflyer@virginaustralia.com. Fare Advantage Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and cannot be combined with any other Unpublished Fares or Promotional Fares. Fare Advantage discounts do not apply to Virgin Australia flights operated by Qatar Airways, any bookings made via the Virgin Australia Groups department, sale fares or other tactical fares offered from time to time, and bookings for children and infants. Fare advantage discounts are not available on Virgin Australia services to and from Christmas Island (XCH), Cocos Island (CCK) and Onslow (ONS). 4. Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).

5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. 

6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, they book and complete at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges). As a Pilot Gold member you will receive all Velocity Gold benefits, except for the following: a physical membership card, luggage tags, complimentary partner memberships, or the ability to access a membership Pause for parental leave.
